I bought a six-pack of these socks 5 years ago. They're still going strong. I wear them every weekend for hiking, jogging and general errand running. I also wear them during the week to hang around the house and to keep my feet warm at night. I just can't manage to wear these things out! Maybe next year I'll need to buy more. But then, I've been saying that for a few years now...

Big foot - My feet are w-i-d-e and I wear a 13 shoe. To me, these socks were far from "XL". I pulled like crazy to stretch them, and they were still tight. The elastic at the top must be for a toddler. Had to cut the elastic 2 places at the top for about 3/8". Very disappointed in them. I need socks for "big" feet and proportional calves.

My husband loves these socks. They have been machine washed and dried and did not shrink at all.

These are the best socks ever. My hubby has used these to hunt (hike steep mountain goat areas even). Zappos, best deal. around!

I couldn't be more pleased with these socks. I'm 6'1" and 300lbs, and I'm on my feet most of my 12-14 hour workday, so I'm pretty rough on shoes and socks. The quality of these is amazing, and the 2 year comfort guarantee provides peace of mind. They fit true to size, feel like walking on deep pile carpet, and are very stylish for a hiking sock. Kudos to WigWam!
I'd also recommend: Timberland

These are great socks at a good price. Candidly, socks at Walmart are cheaper, but they wear out faster, too. In general, I've found that all the various Wigwam Socks are excellent for wear and comfort. Plus, their selection is awesome. You can buy tall socks, short socks, heavy socks or lightweight socks, and socks that wick moisture away from your feet. These Hiking/Outdoor Pro socks are of medium length and medium weight. They are strong, and wear well. I hike every day, so I try and get the best. Wigwam socks are the best.
