The socks arrived promptly and were as described. They are reasonably comfortable given their intent. I purchased these because I needed the Khaki color (and Brown to a lesser extent) in an extra large size and these were all I could find. They are a bit pricey, but if they wear well they'll be worth the cost.

I bought these socks in white and dark for my mother and she says for the first time in years her legs do not hurt. The socks are very high quality and worth the price. I bought some for myself and must say it's nice to take off your socks and not have a mark on your legs [generous top].

Very comfortable light-weight sock! These socks were purchased to wear with boots which needed something thicker than a hosiery-type sock but thinner than a wool or sneaker-type sock. These are perfect! They fit the foot snug, but not tight, so they don't bunch up inside the boot as sometimes socks will do. I don't know about their diabetic benefits. I bought them strictly for comfort! I wear a size 10 woman's shoe and the size Medium sock fits perfect.

These socks are very comfortable. They do not leave a ring around my leg like other socks and they still stay up. I have ordered more of these socks in white, very pleased. Of course Zappos makes shopping so easy too.
