I ordered a 6 pack of these socks for my diabetic husband, but got the wrong size. They were too small for him and although Zappos offered me a label to return them, I ordered a larger size for my husband and kept the small socks for myself because they were so comfortable! Then, I gave my sister one of my pair (she is not diabetic either), and now she is ordering them too! They are the most comfortable, soft socks I have ever owned and will keep buying them. With no seams and dry feet when you take them off, this is a pleasurable surprise for me. 5 stars for these.

Comfort plus two unexpected bonuses! I'm mildly diabetic and a family member bought me a few pair of Wigwam diabetic socks for Christmas to try. I loved them so much I bought six additional pairs. The first thing I noticed was the extra comfort that I felt. I tell you, walking in their softness is wonderful. Never did I wear socks that made such a difference. Bonus #1: My feet stay much drier and softer than before (with my regular socks, my feet were often rough and scaly, even though I use moisturizing cream after each shower) Bonus #2: The toenail fungus I was suffering from has improved dramatically since I started wearing the new socks (perhaps because my feet stay much drier, which provides a less hospitable environment for fungus to thrive in). I can't say if other brands of diabetic socks will perform as well as the Wigwams--I haven't tried any others and, frankly, I'm not inclined to. My feet are just too comfortable, too healthy and too happy to wear anything else! When I need to buy more or want other styles/colors, I'll be getting the Wigwams, for sure. And I'll buy them from Zappos once again--their service is the best!!

Wish they had them in more colors! These are awesome -- I would buy more in every color if they were available... comfortable, easy off/on, soft, not too much/not too little padding.

I originally ordered a package of 6 of these for my husband. Since I do laundry only once a week, he ran out the sixth day and I found him in the laundry room preparing to do a load of "whites" so he would have a clean pair for "tomorrow". I promptly ordered the second package. They are GREAT!

Lovely socks, very warm, too. I bought a much larger size than I should need (I wear women's 9 shoe and ordered socks for size 11), but they fit nicely. I needed them not tight at the ankle and these work fine. Only minus is the stitching around one of the tops is coming undone after just a few washes.

Despite the name of diabetic socks, these are terrific if you prefer looser fitting socks at the ankle. I have peripheral neuropathy and am sensitive to tight socks at the ankle. It causes swelling. These are the perfect marriage of loose yet tight enough to stay up. I wish they were available in other colors and patterns. The cost is very reasonable.

I bought these socks for my wife as she could not find them locally. She likes the cushion they provide and I would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants quality and comfort in a sock.

I bought these for my husband who does not have diabetes. However, these socks give him more flex and he likes them very much. The sizing is small as he wears a size 9 shoe, and these socks are okay, but if his feet were larger they would be too small. Then again, he may just have fat feet! These are the socks we will buy when needed again.

A waste of money. Go to Walmart and buy the 6 pair for cheap kind. No noticeable difference in my opinion. Sorry, but that's the truth. I suppose if you have big problems with swelling ankles, these may be worth it, otherwise don't bother.

Brands I'd also recommend: Hanes, Fruit of the Loom, Just My Size, etc.

I've shopped loose socks that wouldn't grab at my ankles at all, as I get edema really bad and any sock that is even slightly tight hurts!

These socks are very, very comfortable. I ordered the men's size because I have a very long foot (women's size 11 1/2) but for future I would order the smaller size. They are almost too big.
