Great socks for the price, bought 1/2 dozen pairs and rotate through them, holding up well. Last Wigwams, the elastic gave out and they'd fall down, these are improved and have not shown any potential for stretching yet, after rotating 6 pairs over 10 months.

These socks are very, very comfortable. I ordered the men's size because I have a very long foot (women's size 11 1/2) but for future I would order the smaller size. They are almost too big.

These socks are comfy and so far hold up well to washing. They are mid-weight...not too thick or too thin. Nice and warm too.

These socks are the bomb! I work in a freezer (-20) truck all day selling frozen pizza and ice cream to grocery stores. Way more comfortable and warmer than Smart wool. I'm in them 10-14 hours a day, and they do wick away the moisture. If you want ot stay warm, grab a few pair of these awesome socks!
I bought these for my teenage son as an alternative to the inexpensive socks I usually buy him. He loves them. They fit well, are very comfortable and so far are very durable.

I will never buy this brand again. My kids wear Youth size 4 shoes and the XL is too small. After only one washing, they pilled up so much that you couldn't tell what color they were anymore. Several developed holes in them -- probably from my kids trying to stretch them to fit. I'll stick with Smart Wool in the future.

My husband loves these socks. They have been machine washed and dried and did not shrink at all.
These are the best socks ever. My hubby has used these to hunt (hike steep mountain goat areas even). Zappos, best deal. around!
I really liked the quality of these socks. The only problem is that they are a little too big for my 4 year old grandson, but he can grow into them.
Got these for my dad who is a diabetic with advanced neuropathy. He loved them, not tight, very soft, excellent!

These are very heavy socks. I expected them to be thick, but these are really thick. Very comfortable and cozy, but probably not the best for summer use unless you need lots of padding in your shoes. They're fantastic for cold and chilly days though. My only gripe (a small one) is the elastic on the top doesn't keep them up very well. It could be just due to the fact that they are so darn plush!
Great socks. My 7 year-old daughter loves these. I'm thinking of getting some in my size. They are soft, cushy, thick, warm and seem sturdy. We've had them for about a month and she wears them about every day. She doesn't even want to wear her other socks, just these. I just wish you could choose a 3-pk in the color of your choice instead of getting assorted colors.

These socks are extremely warm in the winter or during a long walk outdoors. They're thick, comfortable and last a long time. Made in the USA, too.
Great sock. Very cushy. No smell after 10 hours of work and walking. Made in the USA. Will buy again and again.
We have tried every brand of men's work socks (to wear inside work boots) available in local stores (discount to better dept stores). In each case, within a few washes, socks were uncomfortable (shrank, lost shape and bunched inside boot, got stiff and scratchy, toe seams became obtrusive, etc). He dislikes socks with a lot of padding (eg, Thorlos - which are great quality if you like a heavily padded sock). I was looking for a light-to-medium-weight boot sock that would fit "like a glove", stay soft and issue-free after countless washings, and retain the best odds of this, even if he gets to his laundry before I do, and washes them in hot and/or dries them on high. He likes these socks MUCH BETTER than any other brand/style we've tried. They have just the right amount of stretch and "cush" without being thick, to suit him, and feel soft and smooth after numerous washings. He now puts these in their own sock drawer so he can quickly choose THESE black socks every morning. He's held onto a stockpile of "yuccy" socks (in a different drawer) in case he finds himself with no clean Wigwam Volleys to wear. I plan to buy him at least one more six pack soon, so he can toss the ones he'll only wear in a pinch (literally). PS: I did size up from the chart, knowing that someday, he would get to his laundry before me. I would recommend doing so if your socks might get washed hot and/or dried on high heat. He did it to some of them this past week. They still fit and did not get crunchy/scratchy like most brands, BUT I could definitely feel the difference between the ones he roasted and a pair that haven't been baked.

So far, these socks are great! I wish I had them in my size. My 7 year old daughter likes them. They're super soft and cushy. She hasn't complained about anything - sweaty feet, itching, etc. I'd buy these again. Just wish they had solid colors, too. We bought one of each color combo. The best for a girl is the pink. The others are pretty dreary looking. But, they work great!

The Wigwam Cool-Lite Hiker Pro Quarter socks are comfortable if you have a high instep. They stay in place without squeezing your high instep. They are comfortable in cool to warm weather, but they are a little hot if the temps are very hot outside. I use them with walking shoes when I'm doing light hiking. These socks have a medium bulk. They are thicker than the really thin socks but not too thick for warm days. They help fill in the gaps since I have to wear wide shoes, but my feet are only wide in certain spots. I like the light beige color because it is similar to skin color and blends in well if I'm wearing shorts or capri pants.

I couldn't be more pleased with these socks. I'm 6'1" and 300lbs, and I'm on my feet most of my 12-14 hour workday, so I'm pretty rough on shoes and socks. The quality of these is amazing, and the 2 year comfort guarantee provides peace of mind. They fit true to size, feel like walking on deep pile carpet, and are very stylish for a hiking sock. Kudos to WigWam!
