Love the boots. Very, very cute, extremely comfortable, and reasonably priced. They feel slightly large (I am a size 6 and ordered a 6) but I will wear heavy socks. I have a bunion on one foot and my feet are cranky, but these shoes will work great for me. Ordered them yesterday afternoon, they came this afternoon. Great Zappos service. Love

I love my White Mountain Friskey boots. The fit is perfect, just order the size you normally wear in shoes or boots. Thanks to Zappos web page I found the boots to be exactly as I had expected. My shopping experience was made to be very quick and easy.

Got the boot in under 16 hours! Incredible! I don't know why anyone would ever even bother to go to a shoe store! Trying on shoes/boots with my own wardrobe and no shoppers staring is the best! Zappos is one of a kind! So about the boot. Gorgeous boot! Everything about the looks of the boot was exactly what I wanted, but the calf area was way too big. I don't have that small of calves, but I am a petite girl, 5'5" 115lbs. I could have put both calves in one boot! It gaped really bad in the back, even with jeans tucked in still too big! Am so bummed! Will be sending them back free and will order a different pair and hope for the best!. I wear an 8/8.5. I got an 8.5. If your on the border, go up in size. Happy shopping, girls!

Great boots for people with normal or thin legs (not me). Darling boots, very comfortable. I tried them because of the lace-up opening. I knew I would be able to open them up to fit my rather hefty calves. And they did. But I ended up sending them back because I felt that much bulk around my leg would only make it look larger, so I settled for a boot with an 8-inch shaft instead.

Most stylish & comfortable everyday shoes. I wanted a pair of shoes that were casual but dressy & these are it! Receive tons of compliments on them, plus I'm on my feet 12 hours a day & they are extremely comfortable! No sore feet at the end of the day. Highly recommend them.

So soft! These boots are super comfy. The lining is softer than some of the house shoes that I wear. The fit is right on as well. I think they look very cute and a little feminine (but not girly); just what I was looking for.

These shoes are very cute! It took awhile for me to break them in because the leather is stiff, but I really like wearing them now. I got the black to be practical, and then I splurged and got the grey, too. The grey ones are absolutely beautiful! Thanks as always, Zappos.

I bought this shoe from a local retailer and it is by far one of the warmest shoes that I have ever owned; had to buy the other color. I wore them to the Chicago Marathon and my feet were never cold as spectator. The only thing I recommend is to buy a half size larger than normal for sock room.

I love this boot; very comfortable and perfect fit. I purchased it in Black Suede and in Brown Suede, and came back to purchase it in Charcoal Suede, but my size wasn't available. Excellent adjustable boot for slim calves. So far, they're quite warm, but it's only October in Chicago. December through February will be the real test for warmth! Overall, I find the boots casually stylish and I hope to be able to purchase the Charcoal Suede soon.

These shoes are so comfortable and one of my favorites! I can walk for hours in these shoes. I bought them thinking they looked cute (they do!) and was hoping that they would be comfortable (they are!). I took them on vacation and walked for hours all around the city. The straps are comfortable and the cushioned foot bed delivers. They are not too high and yet stylish. What's not to love? I'm getting a pair in another color!

I was looking for a comfortable and stylish leather boot and I ended up buying these in black. I fell in love with them once I put them on. I wore these for one entire day and my feet didn't hurt, not once. Planning to buy another in brown.

Great shoe and extremely comfortable. The sizes run slightly big, so I had to return my original purchase for 1/2 size smaller. The exchange was easy and smooth as silk - with no charge for the return. I had the smaller size and was wearing it the following day. Not only was the shoe great, but the company is too. Zappos gets two thumbs up!

These are adorable and inexpensive shoes that will be great for casual wear. I got 3 pair of White Mountain shoes and the pewter and red are great. The black pair seems to be not as wide as the other 2 pair and that may present a problem. I like them so much that I'm trying to wear them around the house to see if they will stretch a bit. Otherwise they fit true to size, just a bit snug. I'm giving them my best shot.

I bought both the black and the brown pairs to wear for work. The black pair fit fine, but the brown seemed a little tight so I returned them on Monday and they delivered a new pair the next day, which fit just fine. I am very impressed with Zappos service.

This boot is amazing! I have it in grey. My 14.5 inch calf is a little snug in this boot, but once it's zipped up, it's gorgeous! At 5'2" this hits right below my knee cap and stays put when walking.

Walking Comfort - When I took them out of the box and tried them on, I had my 24/7 shoes. They fit like a personally made pair of shoes without needing to be broken in. I have my first pair of Duchess, but definitely not my last. They fit true to size and width. I wear flats. This bit of a heel is just perfect under slacks and with a dress or skirt.

I loved these sandals when I saw them. I ordered them hoping they would be comfortable. Once I had received them, I was extremely pleased with their appearance. These sandals definitely show off more of the front of your foot since the strap hits in the middle of your foot instead of just behind your toes. Also, the medallion on the top of the sandal did take some getting used to. It makes the sandal very rigid in that spot and caused the top of my foot to be sore the first time I wore these sandals. The soreness was not a problem after the first few times I wore these. I am truly in love with these sandals!

Great shoe for the price, comfortable and well made. I am pretty hard on shoes and am getting a good wear out of these. Also, the fit is very true to size. The shoe does have a lot of "cush" so if you are used to a "hard" type of support, this may not be for you, but I wear Danskos which is not a really "cush" shoe and easily transform myself into these shoes for a different type of comfort

Love these sandals. They are very comfortable, I could walk in them all day. The style is great, just know that the wedge heel area is not wood. It is a synthetic made to look like wood and it’s hard to tell that it’s not real. The material the heel is made of helps make this shoe so comfortable. Size and width are very true.

Five Star Shoe! The BEST shoe I have ever worn. Felt like “old friends†the first time I put them on. Perfect heel height for dress or casual. Have them in two colors. No problems with color fading on my feet or hose. GREAT arch support, soft insole, perfect for ladies with arch and heel problems. I receive compliments every time I wear them.
