Love this jacket adorable warm cozy and so soft get ton of compliments when wearing it!
Really didn't like jacket. After washing it in cold water it got all messed up and looks really bad. Very sad with this purchases. :(
The jacket was just what I wanted. Could not find my size in stores but Zappos came through!
Beautiful on paper but sizing way off. I ordered a small but product fits like a medium. Otherwise love product. Extremely disappointed but must return.
This is a beautiful jacket; however, it is too warm for the climate in Virginia Beach.
Bought it for a trip to Rome in rainy January. Not as warm as I'd hoped, but large enough to allow for layering underneath.
I'm really happy with this jacket. It breaks the wind well, but just has a thin lining that isn't too warm. I mean this as a positive, because I was afraid it would make me get sweaty, but it doesn't. I like the look of it too- it's kind of like those army coats that have been very popular the last few years, and you can dress it up or down. It keeps out the rain, and the high collar is really nice. The only problem is that the hood doesn't come far enough out in front of your face to really block rain when it's up, and it blows off your head in a very slight breeze. I fixed that by adding snaps to the hood and the collar, but I was a little disappointed about that.
Oh so sad -- on the hunt for the perfect cold and wet weather jacket -- I came across this one and jumped for joy! It appeared snuggy, good pockets, good hood (so important) and good length. But the hood (which Zappos needs to start showing the model actually wearing the hood), the hood fit like an elf. It had a peak point to the top of it (the hood was made up of a few triangle pieces all sewed together and when the points met at the top, well, it peaks up and just looks really funny - and yes, I asked a few friends for their opinion and they said the same thing...and darnit it just needs to be returned. I want to be warm, dry and stylish and looking like an elf is not part of that plan. Such a bummer because it was the best and closest to my needs but it has to be returned. Now if you want to never wear the hood it could be a great jacket.

Style is cute, the fur lining is warm and rather soft. My problem came with trying to bend the arms, ie reaching down to tie my shoes, reach up, cross arms, etc. The fabric has no give to it so in trying to have arm mobility it would scrunch up on my upper arms and painfully halt any movement. I tried both the 1x and the 2x sizes and had same issues. Unfortunately clothing is no good to me without ease of movement, and the fit never felt right. Arms also felt a bit short, too. But very warm, if that is any consolation.
I'm 5'4" and 120 lbs. Small fits me great. I love the style; I love the fit, though it is just a bit tight at the back when I move both arms forward. Now, I did have a medium weight sweater under it. All in all - love the jacket. It should be very versatile and work as a summer rain jacket, then, with a sweater under it, as a fall strolling jacket. Zappos was great - fast shipping, no issues.

I found that this jacket ran really large. The medium was measured at 40" across the chest, so I bought that first (I'm about 39" around the chest). It was way too big. I went down a size because I still wanted to be able to layer under it. I think I could have even gone to an XS. Nonetheless, it is a great looking jacket and it was a pleasure to order it from Zappos.
Overall, I like the coat, but the hood is a fail. There's no drawstring to keep it on, so the moment the slightest breeze kicks up the hood slips off. Wet hair.
This is a great rain coat -- love the gray/green color, the internal drawstring waist, and the light weight. Looks good over work or casual clothes. So far, it has kept me warm and dry on Seattle's wet days.

I guess one could interpret "rain-denying" as a euphemism, but I assumed they meant that this jacket really did repel water. It doesn't. After one hour in the rain my blouse underneath was damp. Very disappointing. However, the jacket looks great. The waist drawstring creates a flattering silhouette. I'm a bit torn about this one. A company that calls itself "weatherproof" should make waterproof rain coats!
