Valerie Sandals - This is one of the most comfy pair of sandals I've ever worn. I'm a type 1 diabetic, so comfort and fit is essential. The leather is very soft, the two hook and loop closures allow for adjustments and the soles are like a pillow (or cradle as the company is called). I love the tobacco color. They are a little pricey for my budget but well worth the price in comfort alone, never mind that they are very attractive as well. Highly recommended.

Best walking shoes I've had! I have worn Echo, Mephisto, Teva and Joseph Seibel shoes, each for different summers as I have taken high school students on a 5 week study tour of France. We always do a lot of walking and I love to wear sandals. So far the Joseph Seibel shoes have worked best for me due to the arch support. However, I have worn and walked in these Walking Cradles for a month now, and I can't wait to wear them in France. They are definitely the most comfortable shoes I have ever had, and the arch support is sufficient. I wish they made a different shade of brown, but other than that I have no complaint.

Great sandal - This sandal is very cleverly designed. Although it looks open and airy, and is quite flattering, it offers an individualized fit that completely hugs the top of the foot without being tight anywhere. It is very soft. An excellent selection if you have highly sensitive feet.

A comfortable sandal - This is a good sandal that can be dressed up or down. It is easy to adjust with the velcro fastenings. I plan to take them on vacation where I will be doing a lot of city walking.

WOW what a comfy shoe! I bought this one in black in a WW. The style is so interesting and the fit simply marvy! I had plenty of arch support. The first time I wore them, I kept them on ALL DAY and came home to order another pair in the same color because you know when you like it that much, you need a back up pair for when the originals are worn out. Much to my dismay, it was out of stock in the color I chose. Who knew this shoe would be SO great :)

The most comfy right out of the box! I loved the look of this shoe on the web. It's even better in person on my 9WW foot. It doesn't look huge or wide-it just looks cute! The fit is amazing. I put them on and wore them ALL day and didn't have one second thought about wearing new shoes. I liked them so much I came back and bought them in brown as well. Love, love, love this shoe...stylish and comfy wooohooo.
Brands I'd also recommend: I used to say other brands after Walking Cradles NONE :)

What a disappointment! I own this shoe in the black leather and have enjoyed wearing it. Zappos doesn't carry it so I thought I'd try another color. That was a mistake. The shiny leather on this shoe feels stiff and uncomfortable. I could wear my first pair for hours right out of the box. I have a narrow heel and a wide forefoot and like how these adjust with the Velcro straps, but the leather is so stiff, it's rubbing blisters. These are going back.

The straps are an interesting design, and they are completely adjustable to my odd-shaped foot. The insole is well-padded and completely comfortable. They're a joy to wear.

These sandals are so comfortable to walk in, it's like walking on little pillows. They run a bit narrow, as I wear an 8.5 medium to wide in most shoes, but these I settled for a WW. I like the crocodile patent accents. Great casual sandal.

These fit extremely well, especially for someone with B width and a narrow heel. The leather is butter soft and there is no breaking in, they are comfortable right out of the box. These are sleek and stylish walking shoes. I also own a pair in bone.

Classy Sandal with a great fit. The zigzag pattern on the straps is a real eye catcher. I bought these sandals to switch into after the pictures are taken and the partying begins for my daughter's wedding.
