Excellence in service, fit, comfort and style. The purchases made from Zappos have always been the best. The Clark shoe surpasses any other in all the areas. I will purchase all of my shoes from Zappos and most will be Clark.

Once again, Walking Cradles has put a lot of effort into making the footbed comfortable -- while simultaneously making the top of the heel too narrow and unpadded so that it rubs against the Achilles tendon. Returned them.

These shoes fit my narrow, difficult feet like a glove. I bought them for a trip to Paris and walked miles in them. Not as comfortable as running shoes, but still pretty good. The leather is soft and conforms to the shape of my foot. I'll buy the brand again.

Beautiful shoes. Sleek style, nice work shoe. However they were too narrow for me. Had to send back. I wear a 12WW.

This is a great shoe and attractive, too. I bought it for walking over uneven pavement in Europe. I really like the small heel, so much more comfy than a flat shoe. My only problem is that it rubs slightly on my Achilles tendon so I am afraid to try it out for walking all day. The shoe is comfortable otherwise.

I received my order the day after I placed it rather than the estimated 4-5 days! I looks great and the width was perfect but it was just a little short (I ordered the size that fits me half the time but often I need to go half a size larger). The return is so easy that I will immediately order the next larger size.

Even the wide was still a smidge narrow across the ball of the foot and the heel would probably have given me blisters had I kept them and worn them. Plus, they don't have the cushy, dimpled insole that I was expecting! Good looking, but really just another pair of shoes, nothing special.

Shoe looks more elegant in person than in photo. I have high arches and typically wear a 6-1/2 Wide and my feet are fairly symmetrical/even in size. I will definitely need an arch support insert with these shoes. With the 6-1/2 Wide in this part, both left and right shoes are too tight even without an additional support inserted; right shoe is tighter than the left. Will try a 1/2 size up.
