Nice shoe. I have very wide, squared off feet and have a hard time finding shoes that are attractive and comfortable. I had to order a half size smaller than I normally wear. The shoe does not have a lot of cushion, but overall I am happy with them. They look very nice with dress pants.

I love this shoe! It looks professional. It's comfortable. Though it is a little bit big for my size 12 feet. Most 12's are too little (I don't think they're true 12's) a few too big. This one is a little big (which I think means it is probably a true 12). I think I probably really wear an 11 1/2. Which would make this shoe true to a real size 12. It is extremely difficult for me to find shoes that fit. Usually the 12's are too small, more infrequently they are too large. This one was just a little big. It works for me and it's very comfortable. I was worried that the elastic in the front would make it get even bigger. So far that hasn't happened. They look better with longer skirts. I usually wear skirts to work and these are my work shoes. Wish the heel was a little higher. Think it might look better with above knee skirts. The shoe has a lip at the heel, which took a little getting used too. But I'm perfectly fine with it now. So, if you want a comfortable, stylish, professional shoe this one fits the bill. I love Zappos! I always get my shoes super quick, and excellent customer service!

These are very comfortable. I have wide, flat feet and a lot of difficulty finding comfortable shoes. I take the subway to work so I need walking shoes that don't hurt my feet. I had to size up a full size. They are true to width.
Brands I'd also recommend: David Tate, Fit Flops

I purchased the Tori style in in brown and black Dec. 2011. They are one of the most comfortable shoe styles that I own. They can be worn with jeans, and they also look stylish with a skirt and dark tights. They do not have that "old lady" look that some slip-on shoes have. I purchased the 8W size, and found them true-to-size.

I needed some dressy-looking shoes for the holidays, but I'm unable to wear heels. I was so pleased with both how these look and how comfy they are. They look great with either nice slacks or jeans. Love 'em.

These were comfortable but I did not like the patent leather. I am one to like classic, understated shoes and these were not them. I liked the look, I would probably love them for fit and comfort.

Great comfort shoe. Heel height is high enough to look classy, and still be comfortable. Stretch band keeps shoe in place while allowing for any foot swelling.

I originally bought the shoes in black in the medium width, but found them a bit narrow at the toe for me, so I went down a half size and got the wide. Maybe not quite as elegant as the slimmer ones, but they have been admired when I wore them and they are extremely comfortable.
