Just got them and I love them. They are exactly as pictured. They look great with all colors so they are great basics too.Excellent service, great shoes! Zappos is the best that I have ever dealt with. I can always trust Zappos.

Cute shoes, but my pinky toe got caught in the hole on the side when I walked, so I had to return them. Also, the pair I got had one heel strap that was longer than the other one. The straps are a soft flexible rubber, so they are probably really comfy.

The shoe looks very nice, but is very flat and a bit wide. The straps do not have a lot of elasticity, so they do not hold on to your foot well. I'm going to exchange mine and try a smaller size, hopefully the same thing doesn't happen.

This shoe is really cute. My problem with it is that you can not adjust the strap for a more comfortable fit. I am either a 7 or 7 1/2. I purchased the size 7 in this one and it still feels like it is falling off my foot because the back strap is too loose. I am keeping them anyway hoping that this summer, when my feet swell a little from the heat, that they will feel better on me.

I was sad to send these back - very cute, but my pinkie toe kept slipping through the straps and since the back strap was not adjustable, there was nothing I could do to adjust the fit.

This shoe is pretty great and cheap! It doesn't have an adjustable back strap so if you are between sizes definitely size down. I'm a 9.5 and I got a 9 and it fits great. The back strap is a little loose but not too bad. It just makes it easier to slip the shoe off, when I want to. I haven't worn them extensively yet, but it has more padding than most flip-flops. I would definitely recommend this shoe.

I loved the style and price of these sandals, just wish that they weren't so cheaply made. The left sandal fit and the right did not! I might've gotten a defective pair but I don't want to risk the hassle of buying and trying! Hope this helps, I really wish they'd fit!

I've been wearing these pretty frequently for a couple of weeks now, and I like them quite a bit! The heel strap is not adjustable, so that may be an issue for some, but it wasn't for me. I have a pretty difficult time finding shoes that fit my feet (size 10, pretty flat, a little on the wide side), and these ended up being perfect. They don't have any support, so if I'm doing a lot of walking I can end up with achy feet, but that's pretty much to be expected. Overall, I think the fit is pretty good, if a little on the loose side (people who don't have wide feet might want to order down).

These are so cute! Exactly what I wanted. Unfortunately, the strap is huge. My feet are somewhat narrow, and the strap doesn't stay on my heel, even for a second. Too bad they're not adjustable.
