Great shorts. The nice rich black color looks very sharp. The material feels sturdy enough so it won\'t rip easily but is still very comfortable. The subtle details such as the diagonal line running across the back of the shorts help these stand out.

These were just what I was looking for: simple black chino shorts. The only thing to note that might not be apparent in the product description is that there is a small white Volcom logo on the inseam of the left leg. Hardly noticeable, but if you're picky - something to note. Comfortable, fit true to size...great shorts!

Great looking short. It has an appealing longer length without being baggy, neat flat front. Very well made, great fabric and nice finishing touches. Looks cool for school, and nice enough to wear "out." Have them in 3 colors!

Worth the money! Bought these for my son, for his school uniform shorts. They are wonderfully soft and well made. Bought a few pair of less expensive shorts for him as well, but shouldn't have. He pulls these from the laundry room before I have a chance to fold them, time and again, and never wears the other shorts. These are far superior to some others in fabric and fit. Excellent short.

Real cool shorts, classic old school look, great fit. I purchased the brown color and the quality is great. Only thing is (like so many other things) I wish the shorts were made in the USA. Super fast Zappos shipping as well!

These shorts are super sick, as always Volcom makes awesome products. Zappos on the other hand would have to be the most fantastic company in the world, amazing products, extremely good customer service, best prices and to top it off free over night shipping both ways. I order most of my clothing and shoes from them and doubt anyone could ever say anything but phenomenal things about the company. You have my purchase always!
