I sold a pair of combat boots a long time ago at a garage sale and have regretted it ever since. Finally found a pair that is fashionable and affordable. These are comfortable, lightweight and adorable. Not high end quality, but for the price they are great. First time I wore them I got tons of compliments. Great boot and great price.

I usually wear an 8. Very occasionally a 7.5. The 8 in these just barely did not fit. I probably could have gone with them, toe just touching the edge when walking, but I didn't think I could dance in them so got an 8.5, which are comfortable. I wore them all day and no pain or tiredness. My right boot also started making a slight squeek halfway through the first day. All that said, these are great boots! Girlish but rugged at the same time.

I got these boots for my teenage daughter and they are very nice. The leather is soft and the zipper makes them really easy to put on. We had looked at Dr. Martens, but they were just too expensive. She liked these much better anyway. She wears about a 7 1/2, but I got her an 8 and they fit perfect. She says they are very comfortable, no blisters or tough breaking in time. Great boots.

All around, it's a good boot. It's comfortable (for the most part) and attractive (for a combat boot). They really are not true to size. I'm often a 7.5. I read somewhere that these boots in particular run small. They definitely do. I decided to order them in my regular size and half a size larger (free shipping both ways so I knew it wouldn't be the worst idea ever). I am sending both pairs back for yet a larger size. So, these boots are far off the mark for sizing. But the fact I am going through with ordering a third pair should tell you that the boot is worth it.

I love these boots. They are very adjustable for calf size, as comfy as boots can get, and look amazing. The sizing is way off, though. I normally wear a size 7, and I read the other reviews and went up to an 8. I'm very happy I did. Even a 7.5 would have been too small! They are a tiny bit loose, but the boot keeps my feet from moving around at all, and the extra space will be nice when I put some inserts in these. I'm very happy with my purchase. And Zappos was so lovely as to upgrade my shipping for free.

I Really like this boot and when I tried it on it was a bit snug in the calf area. I just loosend the laces and it fit well. When I tired to buckle the strap It did not fit. If you have thicker calves, I would not suggest purchasing this boot. If I did not have the strap issue, they would be perfect.

I bought these boots and they were a disappointment. The very first time I wore them some of the "leather" scraped away to reveal the lighter layer underneath. I wore them two more times and then the sole completely fell off. Do not recommend.

Cute combat boots for cheap. Good for Halloween costumes and goth clubbin. But like other reviews stated, they run small. I wear 7 and ordered 7. The feet part fits because I'm a tiny 7, but the calves just barely zip and I considered myself to have smallish/average calves (between 12 and 13 inch circumference). With thin socks, they're even tighter.
