I really wanted to like these shoes. They were destined to be my new favorite shoes. But unfortunately the loops which hold the laces seem to just be glued on. After a few lace ups they ripped right off the shoe.

Well made, high quality shoes. Stiff leather uppers and take some breaking in. Feels a bit more narrow than the Vivo Barefoot Neo Trails that I also have in the same size, but still has a roomy toebox unlike most so-called barefoot or minimalist shoes. Order one size up. Waterproofing is good, not very breathable. Sole is excellent - good durability, good proprioception and near barefoot feel. The best part is the shoe looks inconspicuous and professional (OK for casual business attire at work) and works great for running, hiking, golf and work. Highly recommended.

These shoes are the absolute best! The fit and comfort is perfect. They need some breaking in, but all good off road type shoes do. I was out in a rain storm, and they kept my feet dry. Zappos customer service is second to none. I would not buy anywhere else, even for a better price.
