I ordered a 41, which fit great. My feet measures 10" long by 4¼" wide. The overall quality is average or below average; sloppy glue application some minor stitching failing after three weeks of use. These are minimalist shoes there is good feeling through the sole with an adequate toe box but I would not consider these to be barefoot shoes as the toe box still tapers in slightly constricting pinkie toe movement.

I use these for hiking on mountain trails, and they work fine. The lack of arch support is a plus for me. My only concern is that they seem a bit fragile, but they have held up so far. (A few months of on and off use.) I have not had the problems with the soles mentioned by someone from NH, but on the other hand I live in the warm and dry southwest. The soles give me just enough protection while maintaining the flexibility my feet need. The Breezos run a bit bigger than the Neos -- I need a 48 in the Neos, but a 47 works fine in the Breezos.

Have put a hundred miles on mine as my first foray into minimalist zero-drop shoes, and though I love minimalist running, these shoes have a few drawbacks. 1) the sole material (rubber/vinyl?) is too dense and brittle, especially in when cold (<40). Slips easily on wet rock and the cleats ripped off at the usual pressure points after only a few miles. A more 'squishy' grade of rubber would improve traction and wear better. 2) the neoprene liner slipped back into the heel box, and compresses after use to a paper-thin, useless layer. These had to be replaced with SuperFeet liners at extra expense. 3) some added toe protection would be really nice. I run on technical trails in NH, and you have to watch every step. Sometimes, a root or rock still surprises you. Painful and dangerous. Other than that, the aggressive treads combined with a glove-like upper make a good true-minimalist shoe for trails. If you run in dry, warm conditions on more even terrain than I do, they could be a good choice.
