Very nice earrings and they ship out fast in a very nice large quality box. What I really like is Zappos return policy. It is worth trying all Zappos items that may tempt you...and if you change your mind not to worry. Zappos customer service and return Policy is the best and most trustworthy and fast as far and crediting you back. So shop away and no worries if you change your mind!

I have a size 6...purchased too small. Sad that they are sold out of size 7. I am willing to sell my size 6. Worn once for only two hours, inside.

These are so beautiful in person. I was concerned that, being plastic, they'd look cheap (like jelly sandals, maybe). But the material is actually totally opaque and feels very strong, so they definitely do not look cheap. I got them in the blush pink color with the blue bow, and the colors are both gorgeous. I have a pretty wide foot, so I went up a half size and they fit wonderfully, mostly because of the material - it's stretchy! Because of the stretchiness, the heel strap holds onto your foot really well, and your feet feel very solid in the shoe. I was also worried that the insole would be made of the same rubber as the outside and make your feet slide around inside, but it's actually a nice fabric-like material that has a good grip. My one and only complaint is the smell. I had heard that Melissa shoes smell like bubblegum, but now that I've smelled them...I don't know WHAT kind of bubblegum these ladies have been chewing. The smell is way more chemical than sweet, and I kind of hate it. But it's not overpowering and I can ignore it, especially because they're SUCH cute shoes.

These boots are killer! I received so many compliments on them when I wore them. They are a perfect size 6, and very comfortable. They also have a wonderful bubble gum smell to them. Great bargain!

Vivienne Westwood shoes are really like pixie dust. I love it so much. On my pale Asian skin, this shade (the beige-ish one) is almost the perfect nude shoe! So comfortable I cant even describe the heaven that my feet were in. However! They do run slightly big, and it does suck that it only comes in M width. If you are a half-size girl like me, you'd want to order down instead of up because the material has a bit of give. Do not repeat my mistake. I ordered 7 instead of 6 and now 6 is out of stock /sob.

Great shoes. It's hard to tell from the picture, but the shoe is made of a soft, malleable plastic-y / silicone-ish material. Super comfortable. Only downside is not a ton of padding in the ball of the shoe, so if that tends to bother you matters I'd recommend a half size up to leave room for an insert. I usually wear a 5 1/2 or a 6, and the 6 fit very well with just a little room to spare, so I'd say sizing is pretty accurate.

I was in desperate need of cute black flats, and I stumbled across these. I got them and loved them! They came smelling of bubble gum (which was the best part). They are pretty flat, but very comfortable. I definitely recommend them! Plus, the shipping of Zappos Couture is fabulous!

These are gorgeous and comfortable heels. Unfortunately, they did not fit me. I am a 7.5 in heels, and I don't have wide or narrow feet. I read reviews that said to order up or down, so I ordered an 8 and a 7. The 7 almost fit, but it was half to a quarter of an inch too big. There is a kind of heel insert at the back of the sole/heel that, though comfortable and ideal, I feel the shoe needed to be more snug to work for me.

I ordered these and based on the Vivienne Westwood Melissas reviews everyone seemed to say to order half or an entire size smaller. I'm generally a 9, so I ordered an 8. The 8 was much too small, so I returned them and have just re-ordered them in a 9! They're lovely and smell like bubblegum, and really not all that uncomfortable.

I love this shoe! Even though it is plastic, it looks like patent leather from a distance. It is made well and the perforated orb on the toe looks amazing! I love these shoes!

Do you remember Jellies? These shoes are made from that material. BUT DON'T make the mistake of judging them negatively for that! I am a performer. Good sturdy shoes are a MUST, and generally come in the form of extremely expensive specially made dance shoes. I bought these for a stage show because of the look- hoping I wouldn't just send them back because I couldn't "move in them." when I opened the box, I turned up my nose- "These are like the Jellies I had when I was little!" THEN- I put them on... WHOM EVER CAME UP WITH THIS IS A GENIUS! They feel like they were cobbled specifically for my foot right out of the box, and the sole is really sturdy with a bit of squishy padding that conforms to the foot! These leave my Capzios in the dust! I'm in love. In fact I haven't taken them off. I'm wearing them as I type this. at my computer. In my sweats. seriously.

These shoes are amazing! Gorgeous! I have gotten so many compliments on them already! The color is indescribable...it's an exotic shade of pink. It smells like bubble gum because that is what all Melissa shoes smell like! And I love it. I am a size 8 and hesitated on which size to get after reading the review that said it runs small. I got an 8 and it fit perfectly! I am in love with Melissa shoes...they hug your feet and are the most comfortable shoes I have, not to mention the prettiest. I definitely recommend these shoes to every female out there. And Zappos actually had the cheapest deal I could find, I searched the whole web! I am super pleased with my purchase. Here are my measurements to help others (I wish I had someone do this before I got mine but thank God I got a perfect size. I placed my right foot on a sheet of paper, outlined it, and measured from extreme to extreme. length: 24.4cm width: about 9.8-9.9cm I hope that helps!

Unfortunately I had the same issue with these lovely shoes, they are super gorgeous and if you didn't see all of the silver glitter around the toe of the shoe they would have been mine forever! If only the back side of the glitter had been red instead of silver, if ever they go on sale further I might be able to deal with it, but at this price for me they would have to be perfect.

I bought these shoes thinking I had finally found my own pair of glittery ruby slippers. I was so excited! However, when they arrived, I noticed immediately that the red glitter rubs off very easily and silver shows through. They arrived with silver rubs around the toes and the back of the heels. I'm not sure if they were previously worn and returned, or if the damage occurred during shipping. Either way, I returned them myself. I couldn't justify the price for shoes that would have silver patches. If they ever re-release these shoes with the glitter inside the plastic I will snap them up in an instant! I love the style and the fit of the shoes (I own several pair in other colors), but I just couldn't keep these due to the glitter rubbing off.

I got these as a Christmas gift for my mom's wedding. Once she'd open them, she was in awe! They look like Cinderella shoes in person, and I am in love with the color: pearl. It has a rubberish felt on the shoe, which makes the arch support excellent. She looks beautiful in them, and really go perfect with a wedding gown.

Loved everything about the bag...but hugely disappointed that a slithering snake was on the front of mine, and not the fun, upside down monkey!

I wear us size 7.5 so I thought I should get them in size 8 so that way they won't be too tie for me, but It was a mistake. Don't get me wrong they are cute and comfortable, but they are way too big. So I will try them in size 7 instead.

These are super cute but the smell is horrible. Had to return them because they were making me feel sick.
