Fabulous boot - Stylish, comfortable, love 'em. A little snug on the instep so I took 1/2 size up. Very well made...no regrets even though pricey.
Brands I'd also recommend: Lucchese One Charlie Horse'

I wore these all day today for the first time and they were comfortable. I ordered 1/2 size larger. The heel slips a little, but I'll just get some heel grips if it bothers me. I really like the studded look of them. The uppers are the only leather part of the shoe (and very nice leather); the rest is manmade.

Love these, absolutely cute and also very comfortable. I have a narrow foot so I got the half size down and though they are snug they fit great without slipping at all.

High quality boot (handmade in USA); super-comfortable. Well made, plenty of cushioning, good arch support. Zip makes easy-on/easy-off. Opening is pretty wide, but I kind of like it. Sole on the narrow side, but not narrow (if that makes sense). I have a rather chubby forefoot, high arch, and somewhat narrow heel and the medium width fits just fine. Doesn't really need breaking in--pretty much molds to your foot by the end of the first day. Love them. :) Does run small, so order half-size up!
