We're on our second pair of these shoes. My son loves them and they look great. They're easy for him to put on and off, and he says they're comfortable. I would say they haven't held up as well as his more athletic shoes (New Balance), but they did last until he outgrew them, and he wore them almost daily. The strap was also a bit long. For a child with a narrow foot, it has to be pulled all the way across and there is extra strap there. That's my only complaint though. Overall, we have been happy with them.

The shoe is comfortable and easy to wear. I had a hard time finding something that would fit well. My daughter's feet are growing at slightly different rates (I was told that it is normal for the kids to have one foot a bit bigger than the other) so wherever we would go to buy shoes, they recommended a larger size. This brand has better sizes and they fit really well.

My son loves these shoes. The wide rubber on the toe prevents scuff marks. They can be casual and dressy. The are a very sturdy shoe. I would definitely purchase this brand again.

The shoes are great. My son and I love Vincent shoes. They are really very comfortable, especially if your little one has a puffier foot. Made out of a very good leather. Love!

These shoes were so cute when we first took them out of the box. After two months of wearing them to school, they are so worn that I wouldn\'t donate them to Goodwill. The color is completely faded and the strap is so stretched out and badly flares out. Very disappointed in the quality of this shoe.

Cute shoe, very comfortable, runs true to size (most Vicent shoes run 1/2 size large). Ribbons peeled on both shoes, so not so sure of the quality.

My 9 year old son loves these boots. True to size and very comfortable. He wore it when it was raining and his feet stayed dry. And I love them because they are dressy enough to wear with slacks and jeans.

I love these shoes! They are very easy for my 3 year old to put on by himself, durable for the weather and easy to clean. I got the red ones (my sons favorite color) and we get a lot of compliments. My son measured at a size 8, but the 9 seemed to fit better with socks. Zappos is wonderful for orders and returns! I am a loyal customer from here on out

These are great shoes. They are made of very good quality and quite durable for my 2½ year old. I would highly recommend them.

These are really cute shoes, but they were impossible to get my son's foot in. I ordered two bigger sizes and still couldn't even get his foot in the shoe. It is very stiff elastic. I think they would have fit otherwise. If you decide to try them, order large!

My daughter and I love these shoes. You get great quality for a reasonable price. These shoes provided great arch support and traction when running over different terrains. Also, besides being nice looking they are very functional as well, which is great for toddlers who are always on the go. Another great thing is that they're easy to clean. We will definitely get more Vincent shoes as she grows out of this pair.

These are nice, sturdy, well-proportioned rain boots with a sophisticated, mod design. My four-year-old can pull them on and off without difficulty. We chose the orange/green color scheme and are happy with it.

These are adorable shoes! My daughter was a flower girl and we wanted her to have ballet-type shoes. We ordered the white shoes and they were beautiful. The only complaint my daughter had was that the top of the back of the shoe rubbed too much. (She wore the shoes without socks or tights.) Luckily, I remembered to take some plain white little socks that she put on at the reception. Worked perfectly and made the shoes completely pain-free!

I love buying Vincent shoes for my kids, ages 3 and 5. They are nice enough for parties and dressier events, but I never worry that they will get ruined at school or on the playgroud. That\'s because they are made of high quality leather and have the rubber toe bumper. These ones in particular fit my daughter\'s normal feet (not wide and not thick). Will continue to buy these, especially from Zappos!

I have been buying from Zappos since my twins were born. Very happy with the quality of this shoe. I am buying these for the second time, since my little girl grew out of them. They also have the same type of shoe for my son. They are cute not trashy trendy; kids still look like kids and would like to keep it that way. Price is expensive. However for the quality, you cannot skimp on your children's shoes.

Since we randomly found our daughter's first pair of Vincent shoes in Germany, this is the only brand of shoes she wears. This one in particular is stylish, but at the same time sturdy and grippy keeps her feet safe from all the running around. She loves it, too.

My 7 year old daughter has these in navy. We both love them. I really like the toe cover; they would be completely scuffed without it. She likes the flowers and comfort and has pronounced them "good running shoes." They are a bit wide.

I bought the red ones for my 4 1/2 year old. He loves the look of them. We receive many compliments, they are rather 'bright'. My only complaint is the backs are not strong. They bend inward when you put the shoes on, I have to actually hold my finger in the back, by his heel while he slides his foot in.

The "Vincent James" wing-tip is made of butter-soft, high-quality, non-sock-staining leather. When it arrived my 5 year old son put his bare foot into the shoe and announced, "Hey, it's so soft I don't need to wear socks, Mom!" In the past he has hated (bold and underlined) to wear dress shoes, but with this shoe he can't wait to go somewhere that requires dress clothes. Thank you for making a great shoe for kids. (Can you make some in my husband's size, too?)

Great style and quality. Fit was small. We went up a size. Style of leather is stiff, but still comfortable to run and play in.

My son is very picky about his shoes, primarily because he has wide feet. I have finally found some brands he is willing to wear. Vincent is one of them. My son loves these shoes. He wears them every day (casual & athletic). Because of the cover around the toes and around the perimeter, the shoe doesn't get the scuffed look. Right now, he wears 1 shoe for all outdoor activities.

About Vincent

Vincent – a big step for small feet™ provides fun, fashionable and functional footwear for stylish kids and their quality conscious parents. Designed in Sweden for kids age 3 months to 8 years, Vincent offers a wide range of smart-yet-practical shoes for all-day comfort and great wear.

Swedish Designers Patrick Österman and Thomas Elbaum are the creative forces behind the Vincent brand and it came about when Vincent Elbaum was born in Stockholm, Sweden on February 22, 1998.

When Vincent was born, his Uncle Thomas and partner Patrick went to buy a baby gift for him. They thought shoes would be a good gift, something fun and a little functional as well. These two Swedes, with a background in modeling and the fashion world, couldn’t find anything to suit their tastes. Soon they found themselves designing their own collection of children’s shoes and the Vincent – a big step for small feet™ brand was born!

Patrick and Thomas gather inspiration for the Vincent – a big step for small feet™ collection from global fashion trends and what’s hot on the runways of Paris, Milan, London and New York.
