I have YSLs sandals which these imitate which cost a lot more. In YSL I am a 5.5 or 6, in Vince Camuto I bought a 6.5. These have the exact same pitch. Comfortable to wear all day, although the leather is stiff (patent).

These are my 2nd pair of Vince Camuto heels and I am in love with them! They are so comfortable and the platform gives a lot of support. The snake skin is unobtrusive, but gives a little more spice to a nude strappy heel. The heel isn't too high, considering the platform. 5 stars for this VC Heel...I may order in another color! Fabulous price too.
