Not only are these shoes comfortable, they spice up my black outfits. I recently wore these shoes with a plain black dress and got so many compliments. A few years ago I had a knee replacement and cannot wear heels that often; however, these are very comfy and I would recommend them to anyone. I just love them even though I am 56 years old. Bottom line I love Zappos.

The heel feels very flimsy, as if it might break if you put too much pressure on it at an angle. The shoe itself scuffs very easily, and the fabric on the heel scratches off very easily. I have only worn this pair of shoes for about two months and I will have to replace them soon.

Not only are these shoes comfortable, they spice up my black outfits. I recently wore these shoes with a plain black dress and got so many compliments. These shoes are amazing! So I am super disappointed to have to return them. They seem to run a bit narrow. I'm typically a pretty standard width. Additionally, the heel cup felt a bit shallow--like the heel might be prone to slipping off. Otherwise, the detailing is beautiful. The wingtip design is actually punched through. So, if you were to wear a contrasting tight you'd see it showing through the openings. Really sweet!

These shoes are very cute. I ordered the Beige Metallic and it is exactly what I hoped for in appearance. Unfortunately, the shoes were too small and pinched my toes, which is usually not a problem, and I had to return them.
