The shoes look great online but looked really cheap when they arrived. They are definitely not worth the money. Expect this quality of shoe from Payless - not Zappos. The fabric is not attached well at the heel. The shoes have very little comfort and are extremely narrow at the straps near the ball of the foot. If I had not worn them on a special occasion (hence, they were scuffed on the bottom) I would have returned them.

Yes, this shoe is priced more than the quality but it worked great for what I needed. I was able to wear them several evenings in a row; even with a bad ankle. I can't wear any heel over 2 inches and those are to find that are dressy.
Brands I'd also recommend: Privo by Clark, Born, Soft, Indigo by Clark

I don't wear heels because I have bunions & knee issues but these shoes felt comfortable right away when I tried them on and after wearing them around the house. They're for my wedding so I tried out dancing in them for a little bit and my little toe would kind of slip out between the straps. but overall I like them and would recommend. Nice gold color, not tacky. I tried on a lot of gold shoes (Nina, Vaneli, Touch Ups, Dyeables, and more) and these were definitely the most comfortable and didn't accentuate the bunions. Approximately 2" heel.

Wearing a size 10 shoe I am picky about straps especially across toes. This shoe is very comfortable and the straps are soft.
