This is a replacement backpack for my previous Victorinox laptop bag which I loved. While the bag is well made, has plenty of room,and works well through airport security, I wish some of the design features were better thought out. The bag does not have a solid base, which means it falls over unless leaned up against a leg/wall/etc. I keep my phone attached to the front straps - yet the hooks on this bag are too high; my phone sits awkwardly near my shoulder rather than high on my chest. The top handle is also too far back - making the bag difficult to handle when putting on or taking off. Finally, I wish the laptop pocket was better padded, my small laptop floats around in the space instead of fitting snugly. I've had to find a separate bag for my power cord, mouse, etc. which helps take up space in the laptop section.
