I love this bag. I use it for my commute to work. There is a lot more room than I expected, and just about everything fits in it. On the negative side, I would have liked for there to be a couple of pockets in the large compartment, not just in the back and in the front compartment with the zipper. The hardware on the strap also gets annoying if I have to walk a lot. Despite this, I still love the bag. I love the feel of it, which is unusual given that it is actually some kind of plastic. But plastic never felt so good before! The coated material also seems to resist stains. Overall a great bag, so even though it isn't perfect for me, I still really love it and still consider it a 5.

I love this bag. I bought it because I have another one and they are hard to find and it's just perfect for me. People are always asking me where I got it my bag. I've had my other one a long time and with lots of use it's still in great condition!

I'm really happy with this bag. I use it for my daily commute to and from work, and I am able to fit my lunch, extra shoes, an umbrella and all my personal things in it, and it's comfortable to carry. I ordered the color called plum, and it is really a purple color. It looks pink to me in the picture, so it wasn't exactly what I expected, but I still really like it. The background color is black; I couldn't tell from the picture if it would be black or dark brown. The strap adjusts easily, stays put, and the padded part of the strap makes it very comfortable. This gets bonus points for the finishing. The other morning it was "misting' outside. Not really rain and not wet enough for an umbrella, and I love that the bag and my stuff stayed dry. I just discovered a handy pocket inside the back of the bag which fits my iPhone perfectly and allows me to stow it without opening the front flap or messing with zippers. Great bag, I would buy it again in a heartbeat.
