This bag is so lovely! We are expecting in April and this is the perfect spring/summery bag. Excellent quality and such a beautiful design. The strap is really comfy, the changing pad is plush, and there are so many pockets in all the right places. And once again Zappos outdoes everyone else and provides exceptional customer service. I had seen this bag for even less than it is now on their site and when I went back to their site later the price had risen. So I told them and they totally accepted the deal I had seen. I love Zappos. You make me so happy.
