I've bought from Zappos before but never thought they would have these shoes...they did! Sadly, my feet were bigger than I expected and I needed a larger size. I called and within 30 seconds someone answered and ordered me the correct size BEFORE they received the original order back. Now that is customer service. The main reason I usually don't buy online...return merch issues, but NOT HERE! Great customer service without a doubt! Buying online usually makes me nervous because you never know if the size will be right, the style or the color, but Zappos has renewed my trust in purchasing online and I will ONLY go through them.
