Very Pleased - Recently purchased these boots from Zappos, was the first time I had tried this brand and I am very pleased with the boots so far. I was very surprised at how light weight they are which really helps eliminate a lot of the fatigue from my walks. Suffered a spinal injury years back so I have to be a little picky when it comes to walking shoes and so far these have proven very supportive not just for my feet, but my lower back as well. Definitely recommend this boot.

I was looking for a comfortable, lightweight hiker that could be used around the yard, in the car and on the street. Typical with Vasque (for my foot, anyway) the Ranger was a perfect fit out of the box and fills the bill as an everyday, multipurpose shoe. I've had them on from sun-up to sundown with nary a hint of discomfort. They are supportive around the ankle and wonderfully light. And although they breathe refreshingly, never over-heating, they have been fine down to 20 degrees.

Great looking but simple. Short break-in period although I needed gel insoles for best comfort. Most true to size of all boots I tried on.

An awesome hiking boot - The fit was great right out of the box. I originally bought this shoe for my yard work since I have some serious slopes on my property. I needed a shoe that supported my ankles and also provided a good grip. This was absolutely the perfect shoe. It is also a comfortable shoe and it breathes very well. My feet are cool throughout and I like that the laces make it easy on-off.
