This is a great shoe for walking. It's very lightweight and very cool and comfy. It has enough room to add an orthotic at my regular size.

Great trail running shoe, lightweight and supportive. I live in the desert and love how quickly these shoes dry after crossing creeks. I have found that because of the lightweight mesh, a good deal of sand makes its way into the shoe when I am running through sandy areas, but this would not be a problem most places. I also brought these as a camp shoe on a 5 day backpacking trip into the Maze District of Canyonlands National Park. When my lug soled boots started giving me blisters on day two, I was able to wear these instead for the last three days- even with a 50 pound pack! No blisters, good support, and totally comfortable. Highly recommended as a summer trail shoe.

Although the bright green mesh is ugly, this makes an excellent trail shoe. I bought it 1/2 size larger than normal so that I could wear it with thick wool hiking socks and wore it on a ten mile hike that same day with no problems.

I bought these because I needed cushion. I am a heavy girl and these provide a tremendous amount of cushion without sacrificing support. I wear them for all my trail hikes. Love them!

By only trying these shoes on I felt that they ran large. They are wide and long. They do not provide much arch support. However they are very flexible. It feels almost like going barefoot but with a sole and top support. Overall it is a very interesting shoe.
