The bag does not stand up like shown in the picture. It is made of pleather and black denim, and it had a strong odor of petrol and needed to be aired out before using. The construction seems good, the zippers work smoothly, and the lining is decent quality. Other than the zipper pocket on the outside of the bag, the only other pocket is the zipper compartment inside the bag. There are two small pockets sewn into the lining, but they are pretty small and would hold sunglasses and a small notepad or Blackberry. It is a tote bag so if you need organization you will need to purchase a large purse organizer. I found them on Amazon for under $20 bucks. The size of the bag: approximately 15 inches across, 12 inches high, and 5 inches deep.

I just got the bag today and I needed to put it outside because of its odor. What looks like leather is really pleather and the gray area is black jean canvas material. It's made in China and I guess they were attempting a leather smell for the bag, but it smells more like a petrol product than anything. It is a tote bag so the only pockets are the outside zipper compartment, and one zipper compartment inside, and two small pockets sewn on the lining, about the size for sunglasses and a small note pad. You will defnitely need a large sized purse organizer if you don't want to play seek and find with your contents. It's about 15 inches wide, about 12 inches high, and 5 inches wide at the base. It seems to be constructed well, the lining is decent quality, so other than the smell and not having any divided compartments, I'll give it a 3 rating because it doesn't stand up on its own like shown in the picture - it flops over like a dishrag.
