When these arrived our son was so excited. They are so bright and cheerful and each time that he wears them everyone wants a pair. The fit was exact and like all Van products, they are durable and comfortable. Highly recommended.

Fall apart - The shoes are very cute and my son loves them. However they began falling apart after only a week! They don't hold up to skateboarding, which is what my son wears them for exclusively now since I will no longer let him wear them to school

My son loves these shoes! I was so excited to wear them to school and show his friends. The quality is great! We bought some Quiksilver shoes that were demolished in one month! These Vans should last much longer.

These run very large. My son needs a whole size smaller than his usual - and that pair will still accommodate a thick pair of socks.

These Vans are really cute. So much, that when my 4 year old grandson got them, my 6 1/2 year old grandson wanted them too. So, I am ordering a 2nd pair. Vans is a great durable shoe, but keep in mind, they do run a 1/2 size larger. Order a 1/2 size smaller. But, no worries if you get the wrong size, because Zappos has a fantastic return policy and very fast. Where else can you get free shipping both directions? I usually receive my order within 3-4 days.
I'd also recommend: My grandkids also like DC because they are also a little wider.

My son loves these shoes! They run large - similar to Converse. A little tight at first around the width.
