These are so cute! They run true to size and maybe not best for a wide foot. Love the pink detail on the stitching, lace holes and laces. Super fast shipping was great!

My 8 year old daughter loves them and wears them almost every day. You can't go wrong with Vans, they are sturdy, good quality and when they get dirty you throw them in the washing machine.

About Vans Kids
Vans started in Anaheim, CA in 1966 1966 Paul Van Doren and three partners opened the first store at 704 E. Broadway in Anaheim, Calif. on March 16. The Van Doren Rubber Company is unique in that it manufactures shoes and sells them directly to the public.
Early 70s - Skateboarders who like Vans’ rugged make-up and sticky sole are seen sporting Vans all over Southern California.
1976 - The Vans #95, now known as the Era, with a padded collar and different color combinations, is designed by Tony Alva and Stacy Peralta and becomes the shoe of choice for a generation of skateboarders
1979 - The Vans #44 is introduced and with the help of skateboarders and BMX riders, Vans Slip-ons become the rage in Southern California. By the end of the 70s, Vans has 70 stores in California and sells through dealers both nationally and internationally
1997 - Vans begins creating the world’s leading action sports series with the purchase of the Triple Crown of Surfing; by 2000 the Vans Triple Crown Series will include events in skateboarding, BMX, surfing, wakeboarding, snowboarding, and freestyle motocross
Fun Facts/Trivia:
1982 - Vans Slip-ons gain international attention and appeal when they are worn by Sean Penn in the film Fast Times at Ridgemont High.
2000 - Vans finances the production of Dogtown and Z-Boys, Stacy Peralta’s look at the beginnings of skateboarding and the personalities that evolved the sport. The film takes the Audience Award and Best Director Award at the Sundance Film Festival. The film is narrated by Sean Penn.

Great shoe, just what the toddler ordered! My daughter has a dress code and needed a solid color sneaker for school. These shoes are perfect: good-looking, comfortable (for a discriminating six year old), and great for running around at recess.

I bought these for my 21 year old daughter (she has very tiny feet) in a size 4. They are a little big for her, so I would say that the sizes are not true to size. If you would normally wear a 4 you may want to go down to a 3.5. Even though these are a bit big for her, she has worn them several times and gotten a lot of compliments. The color is a deep purple (very pretty) and they are super comfortable. The price at Zappos is great!

These are absolutely perfect!! Very Classy!! I have really small legs (about 12.5 in around). I have to layer my socks BUT out of everything that I've tried, these fit and look the best! I'm very happy with these!! They are pretty comfortable too! Highly recommended!!!

Blue Jewel Vans Kids Shoes - I love this shoe!!!! It was little uncomfortable but it looked great!!! I wore white socks with them when I first got them and the dye turned them blue! It comes clean in the washing machine though. Not sure if they're washable... but you could maybe try hand-washing in cold water.
