My 13 yr. old daughter loves these shoes. True to size and comfortable according to her. Best of all, we got them the next day. I love Zappos, you make a difference. You always try to take a step higher from the rest with your efficient and very fast delivery!

Vans are really the best and coolest name brand shoe there is! These shoes are great for kids! Definitely get Vans shoes! They are a long lasting shoe, great for everyday wear!

I love these shoes! They are so fashionable and I have gotten so many compliments on them! They are super comfortable. I can never get tired of walking in them. But they get dirty really easily, and the dirt really shows on the bright blue canvas part of my shoes. But I still love these shoes. The quality of the shoes is great too. I would recommend these shoes to anyone! I would love to buy more Vans in the future.

These shoes are so stylish and comfortable! My 10 year old daughter loves them and says she's gotten lots of compliments. She loves the style of the polka-dot fade. But she says in P.E. when she goes on the grass, they get stained green. Overall, these shoes are great!

About Vans Kids
Vans started in Anaheim, CA in 1966 1966 Paul Van Doren and three partners opened the first store at 704 E. Broadway in Anaheim, Calif. on March 16. The Van Doren Rubber Company is unique in that it manufactures shoes and sells them directly to the public.
Early 70s - Skateboarders who like Vans’ rugged make-up and sticky sole are seen sporting Vans all over Southern California.
1976 - The Vans #95, now known as the Era, with a padded collar and different color combinations, is designed by Tony Alva and Stacy Peralta and becomes the shoe of choice for a generation of skateboarders
1979 - The Vans #44 is introduced and with the help of skateboarders and BMX riders, Vans Slip-ons become the rage in Southern California. By the end of the 70s, Vans has 70 stores in California and sells through dealers both nationally and internationally
1997 - Vans begins creating the world’s leading action sports series with the purchase of the Triple Crown of Surfing; by 2000 the Vans Triple Crown Series will include events in skateboarding, BMX, surfing, wakeboarding, snowboarding, and freestyle motocross
Fun Facts/Trivia:
1982 - Vans Slip-ons gain international attention and appeal when they are worn by Sean Penn in the film Fast Times at Ridgemont High.
2000 - Vans finances the production of Dogtown and Z-Boys, Stacy Peralta’s look at the beginnings of skateboarding and the personalities that evolved the sport. The film takes the Audience Award and Best Director Award at the Sundance Film Festival. The film is narrated by Sean Penn.

This being our first pair of Vans for our 8 year old, I ordered down 1/2 size...no need, they were too snug. Reordered 1/2 size up and the shoes were on my doorstep the next afternoon. Genius!

These shoes are super cute and well constructed, but they run a little big so if you're between sizes, order the smaller size. Zappos shipping was lightning fast.

Bought these for my 7 y/o daughter for school, she loves them! So stylish and trendy. I ordered a size smaller than her usual shoe due to their sizing. They run small like Converse do. Great shoe!

Well what is there to say? They are Vans, my little girl's first Vans ever, and she loves them. They have Hello Kitty everywhere. The quality is great, and they stay clean. They are the perfect color, and the perfect fit. I love them, she loves them, and we are all happy.

I ordered these shoes for my 18 year old daughter. she loves Hello Kitty and Vans. She normally wears a size 4 but I knew to order a size 3. They came the next day. In time for her to wear them when she went out that night. She said that they are very comfortable. She loves them.

My daughter is bananas about these shoes. She has some seriously wide feet and for something she actually likes to fit her, and not have to be labeled "wide", makes her ecstatic. Not to mention it makes me happy to see her so excited about shoes! They're well made and come in fun colors and patterns. Plus they just look great when she wears jeans.

Finding reasonably priced, sturdy tennis shoes seems to be a challenge these days, so I am very pleased with the Vans. I don't want to spend more money on a pair of shoes for my daughter because her feet are growing so fast. The past two or three pairs of tennis shoes that I have bought for my daughter wore out within a couple of months. When I saw these Vans I felt optimistic as they have a good reputation for quality. I haven't been disappointed.

These run a half-size too big. We exchanged them for a smaller size and then bought heelcups to make them fit better. She had to keep them because they're so cute!

My daughter loves these shoes. She loves all Vans. I think Vans run really big. My daughter is a Size 4.5 to 5 and the size 4 Vans fit her well. The only thing with these shoes is they look worn and old quickly. Otherwise they are great!

My 10 year old picked these out and she loves them. They run a little wide though but because of the laces, that isn't much of a problem. Her favorite color is pink, so half of her wardrobe is pure pink and the other half has at least a little pink in it so these match everything she owns. These are very cute sneakers and a nice addition to the wardrobe of any little girl who loves pink.
