I bought the black and what looks like gold strap pair. The strap is not gold it is a beige snake skin. The strap is tighter than most flip flops. They run quite a bit smaller that most flip flops as well. I returned mine.

Really like the look of this shoe, easy for slip on shoe, very stylish but very little comfort because of very little arch support. Overall I liked the shoe though and pretty happy with my purchase!
