Zappos' part was excellent! The shipment arrived right on time and was well packaged. The bag itself seemed a bit smaller out of the box but it actually has a good amount of space in it. The squarish design it has is actually kind of cool cause it makes it so the bag never feels heavy on the back. The only weird part about the bag is when I added my skateboard to the back - it just feels like it does not belong there. It probably just takes some getting used to. I would definitely recommend this.
