Smart, versatile shoe -
The Vaneli Raven is a classy shoe that works well with both skirts and pants. The buckle and patent toe gives it some pizzazz that sets it apart from a plain pump. The heel height is comfortable. I wear a 9N but my heel often could use narrower size. The heel fit well on these shoes. My only complaint is that the toe box is a little shallow, pressing on my big toe. It definitely is shallower than a similar pair of Vaneli pumps that I purchased last year. They are fine to wear when you are not on your feet a lot, but two hours walking in an art museum was too much. The Zappos service was phenomenal, as usual.

Great shoe -
I wear a 12 N and wear VanEli all the time. I bought this shoe for a conference. I took gamble and wore it for the first time when I had booth duty. In typical Van Eli fashion, they were comfortable and just get more so every time I wear them. Besides the fit, I find VanEli shoes hold up extremely well - and I am hard on shoes.

Looks Better than It Feels -
This shoe looked better than the picture but it felt a 1/2 size too small. Went to order the next 1/2 size up but Zappos was out. Too bad. I'll be returning this one.

I love these shoes -
These are very comfortable shoes. I would recommend Easy Spirit shoes and Nine West shoes. Van Eli has shoes that fit my foot. I wear a narrow width, but it is hard to distinguish an 8 or an 8 1/2. I chose this shoe as 8 1/2 and they fit great!

Nice Professional Work Shoe -
This shoe is great for work. The heel is just high enough to not look dowdy but not too high to kill your feet if you do much walking or standing during the day. I wore Vaneli's in the past and somehow got away from the brand but now I am back.

So pretty, but fit seemed off -
Since they didn't have my regular size (10.5 AA), I tried the 11 AA and hoped they might fit.
The shoes seemed at least 1 full size larger and it also seemed wider. When I tried them on, I immediately noticed that the shoe wanted to fold along both sides along the instep as I walked.
They are very pretty and the heel isn't too high. I sure wished they would have fit.
If you're a true narrow, you might want to get a slim.

Love these shoes -
Very comfortable shoe. Due to a very narrow foot, I find many narrow shoes fit the heel, but tight in toe area. These fit well all over.
Other Brands Recommended by Reviewer: Ros Hommerson, and Magdesian similar styles.

These are the perfect office shoe -
This shoe is true to size. Very comfortable. I walk around NYC frequently and these are very comfortable. The arch fits well.
The heel is perfect for pant suits. Not too low, not too high. Just perfect and not ridiculous to walk in. I love them. They are not too expensive but don't look cheapie at all. Fairly nice Ferragamo knock-off kind of look.
Other Brands Recommended by Reviewer: These Vaneli's fit me well as most Sesto Meucci's (although the Meucci's run a bit narrow)
