This is an evening shoe wannabe. The fit is true and the width is as well. I was looking for a flattering, comfortable evening shoe and with reservation I thought I'd try this newest Vaneli. It's matronly looking, but for the money it's an okay buy for someone who doesn't mind a clunkier version of Stuart Weitzman's Gigi. For me SW wins almost every time.

I have these shoes in silver, and they are very good-looking, the picture here does not do them justice. They fit fine, right out of the box, which with feet my size (9AAAA) is unusual. They are very comfortable for party shoes - obviously I would not want to walk a mile or more in them, but they did not hurt after a long evening of the normal standing/sitting/circulating that one would expect at a social function. I was hesitant about the price, but am very happy I bought them - they will be getting a lot of use!

I love the shoe and I definitely love Zappos. I wear a size 9 1/2 narrow and it is increasingly more difficult for me to find shoes. Thank goodness for online dealers or I would be going barefoot to the wedding!

I love these shoes. They are absolutely beautifully made and looked more expensive than they actually were. I have an extremely high arch so this arch would be fine for 99% of the general public. The heel is the perfect height to wear and dance in all night!

I love this shoe. My daughter helped me pick it out -- she thought it was the prettiest. She is 5. It is a perfect alternative to a black shoe. The first night I wore it, I walked 20 city blocks. I must admit my feet were a little sore, but overall not too bad.

I love the Vaneli Madora shoe itself. I could have used a wider width in this particular shoe but overall a nice pair of heels for the woman with a narrow foot.

Very pretty shoes. I wore them at my daughter\'s wedding and once since. They are not designed for standing for long periods, even with gel pad inserts....I am shopping for something more comfortable to wear with the same dress next month. My feet scream when I approach the box these shoes are in! They would be fine for a couple of hours, and lots of sitting.

Love this shoe!!! I selected this shoe for a wedding. Comfortable from the moment I put them on. I have a D width and normally have to order a half a size bigger. This time I didn't. Would highly recommend.

I purchased these shoes for my son’s wedding. They compliment the periwinkle silk dress perfectly. They are more of a gray than silver, but a beautiful, sassy shoe with just the right amount of heel. I have not worn them for an extended period yet, but they seem to be comfortable. I am extremely pleased with the shoe. I first ordered a different size that was a little tight. I ordered the wider shoe and they worked great. Zappos was awesome with the return of the original pair. I put them back in the original boxes, dropped them at the UPS store (Zappos pays the freight), and received a credit on my card within a week! Zappos - you rock!!!

Have been looking all over for a brown dress shoe and was lucky to have found this. Beautiful shoe, heel is not too high and not too low. I am a 7W and fit was very comfortable and true to size. Had it on for a wedding and danced all night!

I bought these shoes to wear to my daughter\'s wedding. They were just perfect with my dress, and even prettier in person than in the picture. The fabric is awesome-very classy. Zappos was so very helpful with this purchase. The first pair that I ordered was too large, and I was afraid that there might not be enough time to order the correct size, but the representattive who helped me had the correct size on my doorstep the next morning! Best customer service ever!

True to size and comfortable. I wore these to Vegas and the other girls loved these shoes! Snazzy and cute but with a low enough heel that they don't kill you. Also the bow provides an optical illusion that makes these wearable for girls with long feet who otherwise shouldn't wear open-toed shoes. Toughen the sweetness up with a little black polish and hit the town!

Bought these for my son's wedding. Got wonderful compliments on this shoe. It is lovely with the ruffle ribbon across the front of the shoe. Heel was not so high I was uncomfortable; however, by the end of the evening I was ready to remove them. My foot probably is a bit wider than it should have been for this shoe, but I loved these shoes so much my vanity overcame any discomfort. The shoes were a perfect color match to my dress (so much so you'd think I had them dyed to match!). It is a beautiful "evening" shoe.

I bought a beautiful gown for a formal event, but the color presented a problem, chocolate brown. So I needed to find really dressy heels that would go with it, and I wanted them to be comfortable as I would be on my feet for a few hours. The Zappos website is terrific. It's so easy to search by specifying certain features. I could find a medium heel in a really good looking shoe, in brown satin. I take a wide, and this shoe came in wide. And the price surprised me, quite a value.

These shoes are absolutely wonderful. I have already worn them and even bought another pair in another color. I have very small feet so it is very difficult to find a good pair of heels, but I was not disappointed at all. They fit to size.

I just bought these shoes and they fit me perfectly. I wear a 9 1/2 wide and sometimes even a wide shoe is a little snug on my foot. These shoes also have a cushion at the ball of the foot to make them comfortable. These are very attractive shoes and I'll be wearing them as a dress shoes, early to late evening events.
