Great looking shoe, HOWEVER, they cut right at the toes. When you walk, you feel the shoe cutting right above the big toe.

The shoes are very nice, but I ordered half a size larger, as instructed, and they are too large. I\'m going to re-order (my normal size), but what a pain!

Beautiful neutral shoe! I used to always keep a pair of med-dark taupe shoes in my wardrobe, the perfect neutral, but they've been impossible to find for years. This shoe in pewter is perfect. I discovered on my own that I needed to go up a size from 7.0 to 7.5, but the fit is perfect, the padding is amazing, and the look of the shoe with its low but tapered heel is elegant and versatile.

I liked the comment about the ball support for the shoe. I tried the black Vaneli Kelyn after two other brands that I had to send back which is totally painless! I am so happy that it comes in a 4.5 and that it does not slip off my foot. I ordered the pearl today. All other colors are out of 4.5, otherwise I\'d get those too.

Even though the information states that the Kelyn runs small, and to order a size up, I am so happy to be able to order a 4.5 and have them stay on my feet. I was looking for good ball support like the last reviewer stated. They are a little snug in the toes, but I take it. The heel is not too high. I think I'll keep them.

Pretty, but not for me -
I wanted so badly for these shoes to fit, but they didn't. They are very classy looking shoes, but I wear a 9N and the curve of the top of the shoe hit awkwardly on the joint of my big toe. I knew as soon as I put them on, before I even stood up, that they weren't going to work for me, but they are very nice shoes and felt true to size; were comfortable in the arch and heel areas.

NOT THE ONE -
Vaneli normally fit perfect BUT not this one. The Kelyn is a beautiful shoe, it was the perfect style, heel height and color (pewter) but it is too tight across the top of my feet and too wide at the heel. I will be returning them.

My wife had a 3 year old version of this shoe. We ordered the same size - too small, I ordered a half size larger -same problem. The third size was the charm. Two pair of shoes were returned as advertised and the third pair arrived two days after it was ordered. Zappos deserves the reputation that it has earned.

They fit -
I usually am true to size, but this shoe was so tight. I love the color and style, so ordered one-half size larger and wide width was as suggested . It fits and feels o.k. except the heel is loose. My size is 9B, but needed 9 1/2 wide to fit.

Got these in black. They are big in the ankle. I usually wear a size 8 but Zappos was sold out of the 8 so I ordered an 8.5--Too Big. The next day I noticed that they got the size 8 in. But I needed to wear them that night so I can't return them, bummer. They are not the most comfortable shoe; hard on the bottom and the heel is really high--4" w/ no platform. Will not buy this brand again.

When a wide is not wide enough -
The shoe is good looking and would be wildly comfortable if it was wide enough. The top of the shoe is not high enough for your toes and the wide is not as wide as a wide should be.

Classic - I liked the look and the color, ordered castagna pearl nappa. This should look good with both browns and blacks. Shoe was comfortable, no break-in. However the narrow heel still slips a bit but I'm hoping to adapt to this somehow. I find it impossible to find a heel that fits.
