These shoes are so comfortable right out of the box and fits true to size. No pinching, no grabbing or pain. The heel is just shiny enough to look classy, and gives a solid/stable feeling when you wear it. The front looks a little plain when you look down at it but at least the back heel is nice looking. There is no toe cleavage. I work 11 hour days in these shoes, and they are professional and gives just the right height. I liked them so much that I bought the black and the grey and have been wearing both for weeks now.

I originally bought them in blue, then decided to get them in gray; they are stylish, and the width of the heel makes them solid. Caveat: they don't have good padding on bottom nor marked arch support. Good for the office but not to dance the night away!!!
