I really loved these shoes. They were the perfect nude color and I loved the wedge heel. They were comfortable, and the edges were not sharp like some of the other patent leather shoes I've tried. The only problem was, they are too wide in the heel. I ordered them in a narrow, but I just walked right out of them with the first step. I think I might try ordering one size down to see if that helps. If it weren't for the loose heel, I'd be keeping these!
Brands I'd also recommend: Fitzwell, Naot, Munro, Cole Haan, Stuart Weitzman, Naturalizer

I loved these. But they came apart the first time I wore them for half a day. The leather actually tore near the seam. Zappos had no issue returning them but that was disappointing quality. I am surprised as I have purchased this brand often.

I normally wear a medium width but even with this narrow, my foot slipped out of the heel. I even put slip pads inside and that did not even work.

I've been looking for a patent leather peeptoe wedge pump for such a long time, and this shoe looked perfect in the pictures but it was a completely different story when they arrived. I ordered an 8W and the shoe was almost an entire size longer. It wasn't bigger, just longer. The toebox is a little narrow as well. The most puzzling and disappointing part of the shoe was the weird seam along the instep part of the wedge. It looks like they didn't have quite enough material to wrap the wedge and there's about a centimeter gap (looks like wood underneath), or the material shrank and there's a gap. I don't know if this was just a one time defect but I'd rather not find out so I just sent these back and will keep looking for another patent leather peeptoe wedge pump.

I ordered these in a size 9 (I often wear 8.5) based on other Vaneli shoes I have purchased. Worn with stockings, they are a bit roomy. They are pretty on - nice profile. They are hard to walk in.
Brands I'd also recommend: Love Taryn Rose

Beautiful, comfortable, versatile. I almost never wear heels, and this shoe feels very stable, looks great, and doesn't hurt my feet.

These are darling, but unfortunately, I had the same experience as the other reviewers who stepped right out of the narrow. I think the problem actually is not the width, but that the shoe doesn't come far up enough the back of the heel. I loved them so much that I even tried a half size down, but no luck. Sadly, back they go.
