This is an awesome shoe. Great looking and very comfortable. The 9W is just a tad long so going to try an 8.5, but I will definitely be keeping one of the two!
Brands I'd also recommend: Mephisto, Naturalizer, New Balance

So disappointed. Seemed to fit OK. Once I started walking though, I realized the sole from mid-sole to heel is stiff and hard as a rock. The toe area flexes, but not the heel. They are noisy and hard. The sole seems like it should be cushy but it's not. Of course after wearing for the commute, they can't be returned. They also rubbed on the inside of my left heel, caused a blister. Ugh.

This is a great shoe and was very comfortable but I need it a half-size larger and it is not available. So sad I have to return the shoes.
