Even more adorable in person. One drawback: the sole is stiff and my spunky granddaughter is always in a hurry, so she has a little trouble walking in them! Probably need to be broken in by hand.

These shoes are adorable! It took me forever to go through the seemingly endless inventory on Zappos to finally narrow down and choose them, but I'm so glad I did. The boots were very true to size, with a very cute look. They are lightweight, so my daughter who is a tomboy can run on the playground and climb the bars in them, but still look stylish. It gets very wet and chilly here in the Fall, and the boots keep her feet very warm, without making her too hot. I've always purchased the Ecco boot in the past, but she has outgrown the style we loved so much, and this fit the bill, err...foot! Don't hesitate to buy these! She put them on as soon as they got here and wore them around the house until bedtime. Zappos rocks! Umi rocks, too!

This is a very nice looking shoe. My daughter and I love the colors. It seems to run true to size. We ended up sending it back in favor of a Naturino because the Naturino had a more flexible sole, which we always look for in a shoe.

Love these boots, they are very cute! I spend a good amount of time searching for a good pair of winter boots for my kids. I didn't want the look of snow boots; I wanted something more casual to wear everyday and warm enough to keep their feet warm and comfortable in those snowy days. My little one (3 years old) is very picky when is about shoes but he is so happy with these Umi kids, he wants to use these boots every day for everywhere, and I don't have to be worry for the snow/cold! Too bad they don't come in upper sizes because I wanted to buy another pair of this style for my older one (5 years old).

I chose these shoes for my 5 year old daughter to go with dresses, skirts and pants as well. Wanted something versatile, not the traditional tennis shoe that doesn't look so great with dresses and skirts. She wears them with and without socks and they seem to feel fine either way. Chose this color because it seemed it would be neutral enough and I liked the pink accented trim shown in the picture to add a little bit of color. However, this pink doesn't pop as much as I would have liked, it just kind of blends in so the shoes looks all bronze. My biggest complaint is the scuff marks already showing on the shoe. For a pair of children's shoes at this price, scuff marks should not be an issue. She's only worn these a few times thus far and the scuff marks almost immediately showed at the toe tips. My daughter is not rough on her shoes so this is surprising to me. Now the shoes have ugly black marks on the toes and I'm sure this will only be more evident the more she wears them. On a positive note, they are well cushioned and seem like they are comfortable and stable. They seem rather narrow which works fine for my daughter, but would be mindful if you tend to buy a wider shoe for your kids. Would probably consider another brand next time over Umi.

Hands down the very best shoe I have bought for my darling grandson. The fit is great. He has lots of shoes, but this is the only one he wants to wear. He is 2 and says he can run very fast in his new shoes. I love the way the shoe looks. I am buying 2 more pair of Umis. I know he will outgrow them before he can wear them out, but I can't resist. Don't even think about second guessing your choice. Order, you won't be sorry. I am so pleased with myself for finding such an amazing shoe.

I bought these for my granddaughter. I had to return the first pair because they run large. She absolutely loves them! I purchased hers in red. The different flower colors make them go with everything she wears.

Beautiful shoes, just a little wide. These are beautiful shoes. I did as recommended, ordered a half size smaller, my child wears a 13.5 and I ordered a 13. The length was perfect. The problem was the width, otherwise we would have kept them. My child does have slightly narrow feet, but wears M width.

I got these for my 8 yr old granddaughter. she picked them out. she is a dress girl and I was trying to find a pair of shoes that looked cute with a dress and had a rubber sole so she could wear them to school. she is tired of the traditional Mary Janes she has always worn and wanted something a little more stylish. they arrived when I was out of town so she got a hold of them and wore them outside before I saw them. as a result we can\'t return them. she likes the way they look but I don\'t like the fit. they slide up and down in the back and make a blister. socks might help this but this style wouldn\'t look very good with socks and she won\'t wear socks with them. maybe she will when it gets cold outside. when she wears them we use a bandaid. unfortunately she doesn\'t wear them to school often because of this. I hope they will eventually break in and be more comfortable. this is our first pair of this Umi brand and will probably be our last. I think Stride Rites fit and style is much better.

Love the appearance and quality. As always, Umi fits chubby feet perfectly well! The only downside of this particular shoe is that it\'s very bulky and heavy for a toddler. We love that it\'s leather inside and out (even the straps). I\'m still looking for a lighter shoe with the same quality.

I love these shoes for my daughter. They fit her well. She doesn't get "slippy heel" as she calls it. Also, the toebox is wide so the shoes fit well with various types of socks. The outer material that covers the toe stands up against the playground. I ordered a pair in red, too!

These shoes are great looking, but completely impractical. These shoes were literally ruined in one day from scuff marks in the front and look horrible.

I ordered the brown ones for my 7-year old. The boots are very cute, flexible and soft, BUT very narrow and low. My daughter has pretty standard feet size 1.5, but she could hardly put on boots size 2. We had to return them.

My daughter loves these shoes! We got the pewter color in a size 10. They are very cute and will go with a lot of outfits. They seem to be a tad too big at the heel but, I think a size smaller would have been too little. It does not seem to bother her at all.

This shoe is great. It is a perfect balance between casual and dressy. The quality so far has been very good. The rubber toe helps protect the shoe and keeps it looking like new.

We got these in the dark red for our kindergartner, and she seems to love them. They are easy to put on, with the velcro strap, and are comfortable enough to run around and play in at school. The color is beautiful, and good for both fall and winter clothes.

Fantastic Shoes! These shoes are extremely well made and durable. They go well with just about everything and my daughter loves to wear them. I highly recommend these to parents who need a nice, well-made pair of shoes that goes with jeans, skirts, etc. I bought them a size up so my daughter can wear them even longer.

I ordered these shoes for my 2 year old, but was disappointed to see that this shoe has no arch support at all. Also, the sole does not have good grip, which can cause toddlers to slip.

These LOOK really cool and soft and comfy, but I was disapointed. The sole is pretty stiff. I also tried 2 different sizes and I couldn\'t get either one on my daughter\'s foot! Whether they were just too small (although other brands of the same size DID fit) or they did not open up wide enough for my daughter\'s chubby foot, I don\'t know. Obviously, we sent these back! Very cute though, just poorly designed, in my view.

Tired of the same brown or black every day school shoes? These shoes are perfect! They are red but dark enough to go with most of my daughter's outfits. Comfortable enough to be everyday shoes, and pretty darn cute! This was my first purchase of Umi Kids. I do not know how they hold up throughout the year since we have only had them for one month. But so far, we love them!

My son needed shoes for school that would keep my his feet cool (they are always hot). I preferred something with a closed toe so that his toes would be protected if they played kickball or soccer. Great combination. Ordered a little big and they were perfect. He loves these shoes.
