This is a great boot. You do not need socks. It's very comfortable. Perfect fit.

These boots are amazing. My husband wore them trudging through snow when we went skiing and they held up beautifully. They look great. His feet stayed dry and warm.

I looked for a while for a pair of comfortable, durable, non-ugly women's UGG boots and finally came to the conclusion that these men's boots were better than all the women's styles currently available. I'm a women's size 8 normally, and I ordered the men's size 7 (smallest they offer) and they fit perfectly. These are attractive, comfortable boots that are as well-suited for chilly weekend mornings walking around the city as they are for tramping around the snow. Great purchase!
