Cleaner - I purchased a pair of Ugg slippers in sand color a few months back. Love them, but they did start to get a bit dirty...the Ugg cleaner is amazing. I used a sponge w/ it at first but then switched to using a cleaning brush very lightly. They look brand new! I highly recommend this product!!!

Ugg Upkeep Products: I bought both the Sheepskin Cleaner and the Water and Stain Repellent. I wish I had them both for my first pair of Uggs, which were Pink. These products make the boots a lot easier to clean and keep the pale and bright colors looking great a lot longer.

Good stuff - I cleaned a pair of sheepskin slippers by Ugg and it made my slippers look like new. The color is pink and did not fade. Since I wear these only inside and away from water. The texture was soft and fluffy. The water proofing product was recommended to use with this, since I cleaned only slippers.( f you are using outdoor sheepskin then the water proofing product that goes with this should be used).

Ugg Cleaners - Keeps my Uggs so soft and clean, not afraid to wear them out in bad weather as the wash up so nicely with the cleaner. The repellent helps keep them clean but when dirty this really gets them nice and conditioner keeps them soft as new, no stiff cracking suede boots. Boots will last lots longer.

Terrible!!! Wow after reading all of the other reviews, I was excited to try this stuff on my boots. However, I wish I hadent done so, they are now ruined! My Uggs now have cracks, stains and covered in lint balls. I plan to contact the company about this beacuse my shoes are only five months old....I would not recommend this product to any one.

Ugg cleaner - I found that this product keeps my Uggs in great condition, don't try anything else. If you want to make your Uggs last, don't pass up on this cleaner.

Clean them up - I ordered the cleaner with a brand new pair of Uggs slippers. My new slippers do not need cleaning, but I have a pair of old slippers (not Uggs)that have been exposed to snow, rain and dirt. The cleaner did an amazing job on them. It got rid of a lot of the dirt--not all, but most.

Ugg's cleaner - Very effective . I have a sand color pair and a pink pair of clugette's (my favorite shoes in the world!). The sand pair were looking a little dingy after being over a year old. The cleaner got rid of the dirt and brought them back to their original sand color. You need to follow directions carefully. A soft brush seemed to do the trick when used lightly. The shoes took 2 days to dry but worth the wait. They look new. The Pink ones are next!

Make sure you wet and clean the whole shoe! I read both glowing and negative reviews for this product, but since I knew leather cleaners would not work, I decided to risk it and see. After the first washing the color on my purple Uggs seemed to have bled and there was this line or discoloration surrounding the ankle area. However, I realized that because I only washed the bottom half that was where the problem was. If you are washing your UGGS with this product make sure to wet and soap up the entire external area-evenly. That way you will avoid this discoloration people keep talking about. Also, if you do get that line- just rewash the whole shoe, focusing on the line- it will even out.

Ugg cleaner- I received the item very quickly. I used the cleaner and it worked great. The boot looked new again.

Good Product- This product works really well on UGG sheepskin boots. The only problem I had with it was that I used a little too much and it took a lot of water to rinse it off. It does clean well and remove stains. Make sure to get the Water and Stain Repellant to spray on after you clean with this.

I am so upset at the outcome of washing my new Ugg Boots. I have the short chestnut boots and the color runs when you wash them. They take FOREVER to dry and they are still not completely dry yet and it's been a week. The boots hardens as a result of washing it so I would recommend to anyone... don't wash it if you don't need to. I don't know if my results are similar to others, but I am very upset by the results.

Great item - I was recommended to buy this cleaner for my Uggs and I wasn't sure if it was going to work but it did a great job cleaning them. It was easy to use and the directions were easy to follow. I was acutally surprised how well it cleaned my Uggs.

Fixing up stained Ugg's boots - The product does a good job in removing stains, although I had to do it twice (the first time I didn't scrub hard enough-the directions made me nervous to do so). You have to be very careful to scrub evenly on all surfaces of the boots, even the non dirty parts. Otherwise, the boots will be uneven in color when they dry. Also, you need to rinse the boots in cold water. When I rinsed them, the color started to bleed profusely, but they dried nicely overnight. You also need to buy a suede brush to bring back the softness of the sheepskin. Not only do you have to buy the boots, but you have to buy all sorts of accessories to go with them. Although my daughter loves her boots, they still seem like a funny choice for a New York winter...you can't wear them in the rain, even the dark colored boots become dirty quickly, and you shouldn't wear them in the snow.

Zappos ROCKS - I haven't actually used the products I received yet as I originally ordered them this last summer. When winter came around I finally opened the box that the products came in and realized I had received something totally different. I called and spoke to the salesperson who immediately told me that they would ship out a new order at no cost to me. Can you believe it? In this day and age, some companies are still customer focused! I look forward to doing business with this company on a long term basis.
