My Classic Tall Sand colored Uggs are 5 years old and I am emotionally attached to them because I got them to lounge around in while I was getting ready for my wedding. They are quite worn out and my husband wanted me to toss them, no way! After cleaning them with this cleaner, my neighbor thought I had purchased new Uggs! This is a lifesaver! I had only had my Uggs for a week and worn them once when my wonderful fiancée dropped Jagermeister on the left one this past Thanksgiving. I still wore them for about a week until I decided to see if Ugg made a cleaner for them and low and behold I found it on Zappos (I had forgotten I had seen it before on here.) So, I ordered it, got it with the FABULOUS free overnight shipping and washed them and guess what?? The stain is completely gone. You can't even tell there was anything on there. I HIGHLY recommend this product to any and all Ugg owners.

Okay, this is tricky. If you read the directions and do it right (very gently), the results will be great. My recommendations: (1) use the protector before you wear the Uggs the first time, and reuse often; (2) only wash when necessary; (3) be very gentle and follow instructions. Or else just go to a professional cleaner. But, despite what that other review says, do not ruin your beautiful Uggs by putting them in the washing machine!

I use this cleaner and conditioner on a pair of Ugg flip-flops that I wear almost every day at home and a pair of clogs. I works great, after cleaning the fur looks like new. I strongly recommend it for Ugg shoes.

It works! All you need is water and a sponge or cloth. And Uggs don't take as long to dry as I thought...just don't put them in the dryer.

Worked Well - I used this to clean my sand Knightbridge boots and it worked very well. My boots look new again! I also have used it to clean the insoles of all of Ugg boots and shoes. It fluffs them back up again. GREAT PURCHASE!

I was very pleased with my Ugg cleaner. I had made the mistake of not using the water and dirt repellent when I got my boots. They were a bit dirty by the time I ordered the cleaner. I followed the directions... and my boots looked as good as new. Be sure to follow the directions carefully... I was a bit nervous that I may get the boots too wet, but I didn't. I am definitely glad that I purchased the Ugg cleaner and conditioner.

Resurrected my old slippers - I ordered this to attempt to give my 2+ year old slippers and much needed facelift. I'd not been nice to them and it was starting to show (purely aesthetic). A little goes a very long way and those slippers look great now! Even cleaned up and softened the insides which was all smashed down from years of wear.

Will save your Uggs - I used the Ugg cleaner on my sand colored Ugg boots. It took off 2 years worth of dirt and some recent blue-dye transfer from a new pair of jeans. It was easy to use. You do dilute it and I would recommend not using too much. Maybe a table spoon or so. It goes a long way. Also, you need to buy the water protector. After you clean your boots, they have more "staining" due to water.

Works Great - This cleaner took the blue stain (from jeans) out of my Uggs and made me very happy. I followed the directions as stated on the bottle and let them dry over night. They were gleaming the next day.

Worked well for me! I read mixed reviews on this product, but I figured my Ugg's were SO dirty, it couldn't hurt to try. I didn't have high hopes because my sand-colored Ugg's were covered in black soot/ash from a campfire. I took the suggestion of other reviewers and used a little less than the amount of cleaner it called for on the bottle. I used a kitchen sponge, and it really worked! The black ash came right out! They ALMOST look as a good as new. I would recommend trying it.

Works well on new stains - The cleaner works well on general dirt and new stains, did not remove the older oil stain that was set in by other cleaners, but did diminish its visibility. Would recommend to use this cleaner and nothing but for your Uggs, don't try to lift stains with anything else first, like my mistake.
