Great boot. Very comfortable. I've seen reviews indicating that the boot runs small, especially when the wool insert is used. I wonder if those people are using both of the provided inserts. When I want to use the wool-lined insert, I remove the other and have had no problems.

Sent this boot back twice because it seems to run small. My boyfriend was seeking a comfy boot that pulled on without ties or buckles. He has arthritis and this is not the boot for him. Loved the looks.

I love these boots! I've never owned Uggs, because I thought they were just pajama shoes that girls wore. These boots are super comfy, they keep the tootsies toasty, and they look amazing. The only problems with them are: everyone else wants to buy them now, I may have to buy them in black as well, and the extra insole makes them too tight. If you want to use the extra insole, you may want to buy a couple sizes larger. Oh, and as far as shopping on Zappos - it's the only way I buy shoes.

Great looking boot, but it is not waterproof as advertised. Leather is waterproof, seams are not. Water gets into the seams at the toe box. Do not wear this boot in the rain.

In my opinion, one of the best boots for the money, I was in Beverly Hills last week and one of the shoe saleswomen complimented me on my boots and asked if they were Paciotti (Italian); if they were they would have been several times the cost. I also bought the brown pair, and plan to buy the brushed charcoal pair as well.

I've Had these boots for a month. I have not yet had to take them off except to change my socks. I've been hiking, on the beach, in the snow, and at the end of the day I just wipe them clean with a wet rag and continue on my day. My feet are never to hot and never to cold. People see these and always ask what brand they are and once they hear UGG they run off and buy a pair for there man or themselves. Real men wear boots. I went from warring Jordan's and converse to warring these daily with every single style I have. They even go with my business suits really well. Bottom line is there the most comfortable boots I've ever worn and give you that rugged but stylish look.
