I bought these for my son who loves to wear slippers everywhere. These are very good looking but he thought they ran small. Also, the sole was extremely hard even though it looked like a traditional UGG sole. We sent them back.

Definitely run small; have a pair of what should be size 13 mens and they are smaller than a size 12 would be by plenty. Narrow in heel as well.

It looks the same with the images shows on the website.very warm and comfort. fortunately that I read the reviews before and bought size 9 not size 8 for myself, and still a little narrow and short with winter socks, but i need not to wear any socks with such warm shoes, so it doesn't matter at all.

These are great slippers but I would have liked the ones with the laces more. Zappos offered me the best customer service I have every experienced from an internet retailer. The slippers are hard to find Zappos made this easy and quick.

Very warm, very comfortable, very small. These slippers are heaven and the feeling of the fur against your bare feet is amazing. Got these slippers as a gift to help when walking outside in the snow (walking to the mailbox or grabbing some firewood). They'll keep your feet warm for sure (the fur is quite thick). Unfortunately they run extremely small. Normally I wear a size 12 or sometimes a 13. Ordered the 13, and my toes are so scrunched up that I'll have to return and get a 14 (never worn a 14 in my life). Other than that, the slippers are fantastic.

Quality you expect. Very warm and your feet stay dry. Wear barefooted with no sweat. Comes up high enough to keep your ankles warm. I tried several styles of slippers and these are the greatest!

I have been buying Ugg slippers for my husband for almost 20 yrs. The Neusid slipper was the 1st type I bought for him, he loved them, so I bought a pair for my S-dad too, he loved them. A few years ago I switched to the dark leather Ascot. My husband wore them all the time. I bought my S-dad a pair of the Ascots this Christmas, Mom says he never takes them off, loves them. I bought my husband the Neusids this year, very disappointing, the fur is flimsy, the shoe fits and feels like the Target brand (cheap) I don't know how they will hold up since he has only had them since Christmas, but he tends to wear his old Ascots instead of the Neusid. He wanted the added warmth of the Neusid but said the comfort is not there like in the Ascot... so there ya have it!
Brands I'd also recommend: Uggs, just not the Neusid

I got these slippers as a Christmas gift. I have always worn a size 10, but in these i had to return them for an 11. Otherwise, they are great! They are soft and warm, and can be worn with or without socks. I got them as a gift, but i would never buy them for myself because i really don't understand why they cost so much!
