Big disappointment. They fit large in the heel, narrow in the toe, and feel clumsy when I walk. Plus, they are lined in thin polyester "fleece." So I'm thinking, why am I buying for considerable cash a boot which doesn't fit well, which will not likely keep my feet warm compared to those lined in sheepskin. Back they went.

I just received the emerald plaid in size 12 and returning them, I couldn't even get my foot inside the boot because the opening was too small. I usually find UGG shoes and boots to be generous and I am disappointed because these are so cute.

When I first got these boots they felt snug. After wearing them a few times, the top of the right boot became much looser than the left one. They are uncomfortable to walk in now. I am going to try exchanging them for another pair to see if this pair was defective.

I really wanted to love this boot but like the other reviewer I bought a 12 and could not even get my foot in it. Ugg have been making boots for how long? It's such a major design flaw. A shame because they look awesome in person.

I love these boots! I was a little hesitant given some of the other reviews, but I have a narrow foot- ordered 1/2 size down and they are great! I need a thicker sock but they are really comfortable. The top is a little small- but fully opened I haven't had a problem.
