I love the look and comfort of these boots. But, they run a full size smaller than normal Uggs. I own three pairs of Uggs and each is a size 8. I could not get my feet into these boots for love or money! I am returning them. But before I do; I will consult with customer service to see if going up one size will work or if I should forget an exchange.

The good: These boots are really cute. They are lined with fur throughout (the shaft and the sole). They have a higher platform and seem to be waterproof. They do run a but small. I am a size 8 in most shoes, a size 7 in classic UGG. I ordered these in size 8 and they were a bit tight once on. What I would really need is 8.5 (but of course they don't make them) The bad: They are a PAIN to put on. Your foot gets stuck in the shaft and you end up huffing an puffing for the next 3 min on each foot as you try to get on. I found the same issue with a few other leather UGG boots. I don't understand what is so hard about adding a zipper. Overall: I am returning these. I can't afford to struggle for 6 min every morning to get these on. It not only the time, you also have to put some muscle into it, plus you look like the evil stepsisters' from Cinderella trying to fit into a shoe that is 3 sizes to small when in actuality it is your size, so having to boot up at a friend's house can become a comedy show at your expense. Going on size higher won't help either, my sister is one size smaller than me and I had her try them on, she had the same issue. Plus for the cost I expect so be able to at least up on a boot effortlessly.

These boots are very cute! I have always been a size 6 or 6.5 and although all the other reviewers mentioned that this particular boot feels a full size smaller, I took a chance since I also recently purchased the Ugg Lilyan (another leather boot with fur on the outside and reviewers mentioned that this style runs a full size smaller too)in my usual size (Ugg 6)and this boot went on relatively easy. I must say, that the left foot went on a bit easier than the right did, but it went on easier than the Ugg Lilyan. They have a higher platform heel and they feel very cushy on my feet. I love them! I bought them in the Brown color and I'm glad that I did. I honestly believe they look a lot better in Brown than the Black. But, I love Black too...just not for this boot style.
I'd also recommend: Columbia
