This was my first time buying Ugg boots. I was extremely disappointed. Based on these boots, I have no idea how Uggs can be so popular. They were super uncomfortable. The sole was so hard and didn't bend at all. The heel guard was stiff as a board too. I kept thinking there was still a piece of cardboard in them. I ordered a 7, I normally wear a 7 1/2. My big toe felt like it was going to poke out the top side of the shoe, but yet my heel slipped up when I walked. I definitely don't recommend. The design was cute, just wish they were comfortable.

These are great however you need to order a size down. I am an 11 and I should have ordered a 10 or 10.5. I have to wear them with socks which is OK. Overall I really like them.

Mostly for indoors, I love these boots. I bought a size smaller because the wool gets very soft very soon and I thought it was better to have a tighter fitting to prevent them to become too large with use. Definitely warm and cozy.
