I think the chocolate color in this style is lovely. I joined the Ugg boat about 4 years ago. I usually buy classic talls and shorts and have had 6 pair of Uggs to date (and looking at more as we speak). I wear a 6 1/2-7 in regular shoes, a 5 in Ugg classic adult and 3 in Ugg Classic kids. I do not agree that you should order your regular shoe size. I purchased these in my usual Ugg size, down 1 1/2 sizes. Yes, they are a bit snug and stiff at first and don't break in quite as quickly as Ugg classics because of the structured design. But if you don't size down,you will be left with loose and ill fitting Uggs after they do break in. Sheepskin gives and once it does, there's no going back or tightening up. Most of these reviews saying Uggs are true to size are from people wearing unstretched and newly purchased Uggs. I find that this style has a shallow footbed which is fine for my wide and almost flat foot. But those with a high arch will surely have some discomfort as the place where the boot meets the shaft in front is low and dips in. The shaft is a nice height, with plenty of room for my 14 1/2 inch calves and jeans tucked in. This boot is constructed so that it won't slouch and sag like classics do after they are good and worn. I like that the kids version has a rainbow zipper. I'd also like to mention that the zipper isn't as fluid as I'd like! These were a xmas gift from my fiance last year who knows I adore Uggs. It wasn't a style that I would have chosen for myself, but as usual, the quality is amazing and the finish is beautiful. I'm glad to own a new Ugg style to switch to between wearing my classics. Uggs are the best.

I'm very happy with my Knightsbridge boots by Ugg, but it took me a few tries to get the size right. My shoe size is 7-1/2. I first bought size 7 in this boot because I thought they were made big. I had to return them because in this boot the fit is a bit smaller than the classic Uggs. I ordered the size 8 and it was perfect and not too big at all. I love the fit; definitely more fitted over the calf and more streamlined in look. They're not "slouchy" and look more refined on my foot and leg. My calves are slim and so these are way better for my leg than the classic Ugg boots. I highly recommend these boots to anyone who wants the comfort and casualness of Uggs, but wants a more trim look and who doesn't have really big calves. The zipper up the back is really cool looking and works great. The service I got from Zappos was superb.
Sometimes I think that Zappos has ESP. That's how fast I get my shoes. Or maybe they have a crystal ball, and somewhere there's a warehouse with a "MandieL" section in it, and it has all the shoes I'm going to order, and when I actually put the order in, they throw it in their supersonic jet and it gets to me approximately 37 minutes later. Zappos is that fast. Oh, and I like the Uggs a lot so far, but it hasn't been real cold yet so full results TBD.

My boots arrived about 3 weeks ago. I purchased them in the chestnut color. Love them! I am wearing them for the first time today. They are comfortable and super cute! I love the bit of pizazz the zipper adds to the back of my new boots. I had no problems with the zipper going up or down and I don't feel the zipper on the back of my leg or my heel. Great boots. I am now considering them in grey.

Bought these for my daughter and she loved them. They are very stylish, but a little hard to get on and off as you have to be very careful not to catch the lining in the zipper. They are more fitted than the standard Ugg boots.

I have read other reviews on these boots and some said to order your regular shoe size. I ordered a size smaller and am completely satisfied with the fit of the boot. They are comfortable and well worth the money.

I love them! I have a very low instep and small calf and they are snug and well fitted on my legs. I always have a problem with boots being too loose around my legs. I wear 7 1/2 and 7 fits me well. I used inserts for arch support and they even feel better. No problems with the zipper. I bought a cute skirt from J. Crew and it goes great with them. Not very comfortable when I drive; I am not able to flex my foot well, but I still think that they are great.

Fit me true to size, and I'm a size 6. I am able to wear them with socks, and have just enough room to tuck blue jeans into the boots when zipping up. Very slim fit, which is very different from the original Uggs style, and is the main reason I got them. I find these boots look more "dressy" versus the more casual loose fitting boots. The boots are very warm and although not much padding they are comfortable to walk in. Also, they are much lighter weight than leather boots.

I absolutely love these boots, first pair and I personally think the Knightbridge are very stylish, excellent quality and the stitching is superb. Worth the money that will last a long time. Zappos is the greatest in their service and variety of shoes they offer. Love Zappos!

My very first pair of Uggs, ever. I wear a size 6 and they were true to size and fit perfect. The fleece lining is very thick and plush and soft and keep my feet up to my mid-calves nice and warm and toasty. It could have a little more arch support, however. But overall, I love them; they are great boots and I'm completely happy with my purchase and with Zappos.

I was originally very anti-Ugg. I didn't want to succumb to the trend or the price, but unfortunately, my favorite pair of boots (Sporto Summit) completely died and were then discontinued. I find the Knightsbridge to be a suitable, if not better replacement. The zipper is funky, and does not bother my ankle. I don't think I could tuck in jeans with my currently pregnant calves, but the style is snazzy and much sleeker than the other Ugg styles. For those complaining about arch support, hit up your local drugstore and buy a Dr. Scholl's insert. It makes a difference. Looks really cute with colored/patterned knee highs. Great product.

I love these boots! I had read that they do run a little big and I would agree. I ended up ordering my normal size, which is an 11, and thought about exchanging them for a size down but after wearing them for a couple days they seem to fit better. I think I just needed to get used to them. If you want a really snug fit, I would suggest the size down, but with the fur lining a true size works well. I had plenty of room in the calf as well. I've never been a huge Ugg fan but these are so cute and they keep my feet super warm!

These boots are wonderful! I first ordered down one size. I wear a 9 and I first ordered an 8. They were much too small. I returned them and ordered my real size 9. They fit perfectly. I was worried I wouldn't be able to zip them over my large calf, but they did zip up. They are snug on my calf, but even after 2 hours of wear they loosened up some. They are so cute and stylish. They are much cuter than the plain Ugg boots. I'll wear these all fall and winter. I also got the Ugg care kit. I will waterproof them. I would love to get them in gray, too. But ouch, they are expensive. And I guess I was one of the lucky ones and the zipper doesn't bother me. I wear them with my pants rolled up. And a cute vest on. Love these.
I ordered these boots since they are very cute and I love the back zipper even the black/brass zipper color is fresh. I wear a size 10 or 11 and these are too small in calf size for me. The site shows that the size 7 circumference is a 15 inch shaft and suggests that the shoes size makes a difference in the boot circumference. Zappos should try to include more information about the calf width. I called after trying them on and the salesman was very unfriendly, reminding me that they don\'t take second returns. It was not a second return, when I first ordered them I changed my mind on the size and I forgot that they run large so I e-mailed instantly after placing my original order that I needed a different size. Zappos considers this an exchange and they only let you exchange one time. On-line ordering is an issue due to this. Some people may have to try on many different shoes/boots before they find the correct fit. I was not happy with the attitude I received over the phone last night.

I had to return these. Even though I had my boyfriend measure my calves to make sure these would fit, they turned out to be WAY smaller than the measurements listed. My calves are a little under 15 inches and the shaft circumference of these boots is listed as 16". I had trouble even getting my feet into these boots and when I finally did the zipper wouldn't budge and the back of the boot wouldn't even close. I am super bummed about this because I LOVED these boots! I guess if you have matchsticks for legs they would fit. Buyer beware .. THANKFULLY Zappos has a really good return policy!
