I had been on the hunt for some cute but not too expensive boots. I did not want the more Sasquatch style but wanted more tailored looking boots. My problem is that I have women's size 5½ feet and thick calves. No tall boots for me. But these are great boots for my leg issue. I got a size 4 and they were a bit big without socks. With thick socks, they fit well. Size 3 was too small, even without socks.

I'm a grown up, but I bought these for myself. I got them for a trip to Las Vegas. Super comfy for all the walking I did. Well made & the fur interior allows me to wear them with no sock. They run slightly large, 7.5 = 5 for me.

I am in love with these boots! They are comfortable enough to wear for 7 hours of standing at work and warm enough to keep my feet warm if I am out and about in the cold. I wear a 7-7 1/2 in womens and ordered these in a size 6. I do wear the thicker fuzzy socks for warmth and to make them fit a little bit snugger. The calf area is a little loose but not enough to be bothersome.

I bought these for myself and my 10 yr. old daughter. I ordered a 6 for me and a 3 for her. She is in love with them while I am in deep like. Sizing was about right; I have room for a thicker sock when it's colder outside. The lining is not entirely sheepskin, in fact there is only a little at the bottom. I would not wear these without socks which tend to slip off about halfway. In all fairness, I do not usually wear a boot like this, as I normally wear a hiker or heavier snow boot. I have a larger calf and was worried about the fit, but I have plenty of room. These boots are warm, and for extra cushy comfort I added a gel insole. I also coated them with a layer of Dr. Martens Wonder Balsam, the best leather stuff on the planet! I am happy with the purchase since I only paid a great price for each pair.

The boot itself is very wide, especially the part of the boot that goes around the calf. I am an adult, & the boot is wide on me! It's super cute, but unfortunately does not fit very well. I can't imagine how large it would be on a child!
