These boots are amazing! My 12 year old daughter loves them and I gave a pair to my friend also and she said they are the best boots she has ever had! These were the 1st Uggs they have ever had but I am sure it won't be their last! And let me add customer service is amazing at Zappos!

I brought these Uggs for a gift for my mom for Christmas. She loved how warm they made her feet feel. She did complain they were a little tight. She normally wears a size 7 in women's and I brought her a size 5. I do recommend going up a size. These ones fit a little snug compared to the other Uggs. My mom gets compliments every day when she wears her shoes. They are absolutely beautiful.

I am an adult and I ordered these in a size 6 Youth and they fit perfectly! They're comfortable, warm and so stylish! Shipping was also very quick.
