Zappos is the best online company. Best customer service! All my orders arrive the next day. 1st boot ordered had a defect (one shoe bigger then the other) I returned it and the next day a replacement arrived. UGG's are a snug fit & run a size larger so when ordering get a size down unless you prefer the extra room!

While I was a little reluctant to get such a bright color for my 8 year old daughter, she really wanted the Periwinkle, so I agreed and am so glad I did. They are fantastic, complement my daughter's bubbly personality and live up to the quality of their Ugg name. The color is definitely toned down a bit once they are paired with blue jeans. Love them!

I just ordered these and got them yesterday. They are so comfortable. I am 15 years old and I am normally a 6½ in women's shoes and I ordered a 4 youth and they fit very well. They are definitely recommend.

These are the greatest little boots ever! My daughter loves them. The color is great and they are easy to get on and off! I ordered them on a Tuesday and received them on Thursday. Very happy with this purchase.
